Shay came out on the same day as scheduled, though not the time arranged. He thought he could fix our issue with a few small adjustments and some roof cleaning. For less than two hours of work, he wanted to charge $8500, and was verbally aggressive towards my wife when she pointed out that we had not authorized that amount. When the work did not do anything to fix our problem, Shay claimed they could do even more work for a small cost because most of the work was already done. This did not match at all the proper fix another company did, so we declined.

Chepe and the crew were great. Hardest working guys Iâ ve met in a long time. Very responsive to everything (email, text or call). Fixed three leaks, replaced fireplace flashing, replaced vents, cleaned roof and repaired and even did our gutters. Would recommend.

1st Choice Home Construction is incompetent , unprofessional , pure disaster. Shay gets very angry but lacks competency , ability to finish the jobs. this company installed new roof. took a lot of time before installing the roof. that company accidentally ordered more glass than needed with our money. one patch on roof is still not fixed. I have to hire some one to fix it all over again. the owner shay is so loud and i will avoid to talk to him ever in my life. Also shay left to fix one part of the roof. incompetent , disaster company .

1st Choice Construction was very patient in listening to my concerns about the roof and assured me that my leaky roof can be fixed to last for the remainder of its expected lifetime, given that my roof is only 11.5 years old. !st Choice Construction backed it up with a warranty on their work! Shay performed a thorough assessment from both the outside on the roof and inside the attic. He was the only one to actively stop the leak that served as a temporary fix until the permanent repairs are to be done. Also, I am very pleased with the estimate. I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors, who will likely have the same problem as me, since our homes were built by the same home building company.

Lack of professionalism and unresponsive. People to know that I was scammed, this company is not legit. Constant delay in scheduling the work.

Crew and owner were very. Ice and professional to work with. After hiring the wait was about 4 weeks and once they started it took about 4 consecutive days to finish the roof project. I am very happy with the work they did. I would gladly hire them again for any external housing work needed.

The workman was very thorough and did a great job.

They are an illegal company, they do not have license to perform a job in the state of Washington. They took unauthorized funds from my bank account.

Their scheduling was a nightmare and pretty unorganized

Owner seemed like he knew what he was talking about, the crew showed up the next day and got it done quickly.
