KEITH WAS ON TIME , KNOWLEGIBLE, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL. HE WENT ABOUT HIS JOB IN AN EXPEDITIOUS MANNER BUT STILL TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS. HE COORDINATED HIS INSPECTIONS, HE DID TWO FOR ME, WITH MY REALTOR AND I WITHIN THE TIME FRAMES WE REQUESTED. THE INSPCTION REPORT WAS DETAILED AND LEFT NOTHING UNEXPLAINED.

I had to reschedule three times and each time !st Home was friendly and accommodating each time. I live out of state and had to have the report e-mailed to me. The report was prepared so well that it was as if I had been there. Great work.
