Me and my husband had to move from old home to a new home, we got stressed but, Roadways came to rescue and they provided us with the hassle free services. Much professional work they do. They helped in moving our things which we couldnâ t have done easily. 5 on 5 star ratings.

This company was prompt with great customer service from the first point of contact to the end of the move. I love their schedule flexibility!! I had a few obstacles that forced me to change moving times.. Robert and Dz worked with me to make it happen. The guys that did the actual move were very professional, fast and efficient. It was a pleasure working with this company. Plus their fee was very reasonable, the guys were prompt and statused me with their ETA on day of the move. I would definitely hire them again.👏👏👏😄😄

Horrible owner who was only interested in making money. His team broke several items, piled stuff up in a storage crate, did not handle clearly marked fragile items with any care. Had to hire new movers to move stuff out of their warehouse to my place. Last Choice Movers is a more accurate name for the manager/owner of this company.

"Hello Patrick, We are very sorry that you feel that way but you NEVER informed us that your new place will not be ready and that your move needs to go to our warehouse until truck was almost completely loaded on on your move out from Orange Park.Also our crew did not know that they need to separate load in two stops. Your bill was a lot higher due to warehouse unloading/handling and storage fee. We offered you discounted price on move from our warehouse but you refused it. We hope that everything worked well with other company. - Dzevad Hasanbegovic"

I had to reschedule several times because my daughter's move-in date kept changing which they accommodated each time without complaint or additional charge and on the move date the movers arrived on time and accomplished the move without delay or costing me extra money. They were all very polite/friendly as well.

The two young men were very professional, kind, and I would highly recommend them. They knew how to treat my possessions with care. Also, I liked their attitudes. They take pride in their jobs. MEN moving our possessions were very careful in handling them, as If they were their own. At the destination they also made sure that rah piece of furniture and each box was placed in its proper spot in our new home. All great folk & Id hire them again. Weve already recommended them to neighbors & friends.

I hired this company based on the fact that Daniel Clark, our move coordinator ENSURED us that although our rate would never go up; it could very possibly go down if we did not take as long as the quote on the actual day of the move. Knowing I had access to the home I was moving into ahead of time, I knew the only items to be moved on the day of the move would be furniture and a few boxes. The entire move took less than 4 hours and the quote was for 9; however when it came time to pay, they said we had a "Guaranteed Rate" and that meant the rate was guaranteed not to exceed the quoted price, but also would not go own. When I questioned this, I was given the runaround for weeks and was then called "crazy" by Daniel and was spoken to in a very demeaning tone. The movers also broke my pool table on the day of the move, and when we told them about that the response was "Well, it's not slate". AND???? Does the fact that it's not slate mean it's ok to be broken? DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY: THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
