1st Choice Multiservices, LLC were professional, they did a great job, their customer service is outstanding, and we will use them again. We used them to secure the fascia on all sides/roof line on the outside of our house, which had become lose over time, and was in jeopardy of being torn off in the next wind storm.

After looking up online to find a way to stain my wood a specific color, I saw on google that 1st Choice was offering match stain service. I decide to try it out. After a few confusing match, we ended up finding the perfect stain for my furniture. It came out even better than on my sample. Make sure you bring a piece of your wood and the exact color you want and they will work their magic!

I hired Leo Bayona, aka (Bayona-Grecco, Leonard Antonio), associated with First Choice Multiservice LLC on November 22, 2021, to do renovations on my condo. The project was set to be completed by mid-2021. It is now May and my condo is unlivable. The bathroom is incomplete; electrical wiring is exposed throughout the condo; and the kitchen is halfway demolished. I reached out to Leo to request the materials that were bought (marble slabs, vanities, sinks, mirrors) and he did not respond. I reached out to the only distributor I am aware of (Constantino) on April 13th and inquired about the purchase of the marble slabs that were purchased for $4100 on February 9th, and they informed me that they were never purchased. When I asked Leo for the proof of purchase of the slabs and the vanities, which was another $3375, he did not respond. I contacted Leo for a refund of the services not rendered and of the materials that were purchased and he has not responded. Leo has access to my condo and refuses to give me back my spare key and FOB. I now have to change the lock on my door and make the HOA aware that they should not let him back on the property. This process has been a living hell. He took advantage of my vulnerability and preyed on it. I have lost upwards of $25000 working with him. Do not trust him. The quantity of excuses he gives is crazy.

I have used 1st Choice for several projects over the last year. Leo Bayona, the owner, is the most detail-oriented contractor I have ever used. His team does high-quality work, doing things the right way instead of the fast or easy way. Like all good contractors, Leo is always very busy, and it can sometimes take longer to get on his schedule than you may hope for, but now that I've found a contractor who does work of this quality at a fair price, I wouldn't use any other painting or home renovation contractor.

A few scheduling delays, but the value for money was excellent and in the end our complete satisfaction with the final product made the inconvenience of two work interruptions due to covid and a work emergency well worth it.
