1st Choice Pressure Washing

Initially, Mr. Bodo appeared responsive and presented for the job when he said he would. He was hired to remove weeds from and clean two 2nd story gutters/downspouts and re-affix gutter covers which had fallen off. He was also hired to soft wash areas of roof where moss had grown. I paid him cash, $350, for the projects. Approximately two weeks later when I was on roof doing touch up to some cedar siding, I happened to look inside the front 2nd story gutter and realized he had not cleaned the gutter. (I can't reach the rear 2nd story gutter to peer into, so I have no idea if he cleaned that one after removing the weeds in one area). I texted him and requested he return to complete the job and he responded that he would. Two weeks later, he had not returned and I texted him again. As of today (11/14/19), he has ignored my texts and never returned to complete the job. Unconscionable!!

I am pleased with the work and the clean gutter helmet. Looks like new.

Although Home Advisor cancelled this appointment , the next day 1st Choice Pressure Washing called me to say they could come. Very happy with their service. I would recommend them.

The work was done ok, except the shutters are still filthy. And the cleanup afterwards was lacking. Winsow screen was down, and porch was a total mess.
