Made mistake measuring distance for gates, but this was rectified quickly and actually gave option to upgrade gates, which made things better, and the work was done in between rain showers. The workmen pushed ahead in spite of this, and finished the work in good time. Jon is an honorable man and aims to please the customer, which he certainly did.

my experience with Jon is that he was very reliable. when he said he would be there, he was. constant communication left nothing to worry about.

Worked very hard ,they ran into problems with the weather and project difficulty .How ever they did not stop until the job was done correctly.

I hired 1st Choice Services to fix a bad drainage problem in my front yard. I was concerned that we really wouldn't know how well it was fixed until we had a good, hard rain. Jon offered to wait for payment until it could be tested, but I didn't want them to have to wait who knows how long since there was no rain forecast for the next several days. I paid the invoice, then a few days later we got some very heavy rains that really stressed the job. Most of it drained very well, but there were a few spots that needed tweaking. Messaged Jon and they came back out and took care of the minor problem spots. Everyone who came to my home was very friendly and they all worked hard to make sure I was happy with the job. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.
