They provided the insurance certificate I requested, and when I pointed out areas that I felt needed more attention, they happily addressed the issues. The workers were pleasant and in a mix up with a step ladder of ours (identical to theirs), I called to ask if they had taken it by mistake, they returned it within 2 hours - even though they were on another job! I would recommend them!
