DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I hired them to remove popcorn ceiling in 3 rooms. They quoted 8hrs to do it they did it in 3. Then the owner said he would be back the next day to paint the ceilings. He NEVER showed up and didn t answer his phone. The following day I called him again, he answered and said he would be right over with a couple of his guys. AGAIN he never showed and still does not answer his phone or return my calls. A very dishonest person. Over charged me for the job and then didn t even finish. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

"We are not dishonest people if we could do the job faster that is a good thing when you pay somebody you pay them based on their knowledge also painting was not in the contract that was a courtesy if we had time the next day"

Stay away from this company! Initially, Del and his team seemed great. They installed some drywall for our remodel and everything looked pretty good. He was doing work on a neighbors house and assured us he would come back and fix any touch ups needed, so we paid him in full. As soon as he had our money, he stopped responding completely. After a couple days, cracks started showing along the seams, and we found a couple places they missed texture, needed more caulk, or the joint was bubbled. I do not think it would have been much for them to fix, but they would not return our calls or texts. My husband went to our neighbors where he was working, and he said he would be there the next day. He never showed. Not only do they not stand by their work, they will not respond at all. It is so frustrating to be treated this way. We are just stuck and will likely have to hire someone else to repair their work. I am sure I will not be able to get my money back, but I will try to make sure I review and report them everywhere I can so more people do not have to go through this.

Dell started off great he was very responsive, we had a few issues getting him going that were 100% on us, the AC failed the power failed other such mishaps. He was very patient with us while we got things back up for him, we asked him to repair some pretty extensive drywall damage completely retexture the house and paint the walls, make two very small repairs to the ceiling. He did a poor job on the repairs, did not repair the ceiling, the texture was uneven; when we asked him to fix it before painting it he flaked out on us. Would not return phone calls or texts. When we did get him he was full of excuses; I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but finally had enough and had to hire someone else to fix the mess he left. I of course paid him for half the estimate up front, that was money lost. Do not waste your money or time with this contractor. He was big to tell me how freat he is and how he takes pride in his work and does a quality job, it is all talk folks.

"Feel I should explain for over a week it was no power no AC we tried to shoot texture the AC was not on so the texture started to fail then they asked me to re-do the texture in the midst of all this my mother passed away on Mothers Day I was back-and-forth between Seattle and was told do not worry about it they would be taken care of it I'm so sorry for the way that this job happened but unfortunately my mothers timing of passing was not on their schedule"

10 days from closing on our house, I put a hole in our ceiling because I thought it was a good idea to clean out the attic. 1st Class came out first thing Sunday morning (next day), gave a very reasonable quote, and did great work to make the repairs and repaint the area in under 2 hours. It wasn't an expense I needed this closing to moving out, but 1st Class made it as painless as possible. THANKS!

Hired to remove popcorn texturing and repair water damage due to hail damaged roof. Quality of work was poor, I can pick out almost every sheetrock seam through the texturing and this is in big flat areas that should have been easy. There were a half dozen large nail pops through the tape lines, areas missing paint and some overspray that needed to be cleaned up after they were done. I have called and left voicemails every day for over a month to get them to come back and fix their mistakes. The few times I got a hold of them, they committed to a day and time, no call, no show, this happened 4 times! Now, they do not even answer anymore. There are a few other reviews exactly like this, wish I would read them before I hired Del. Far from 1st Class!!

In regard to Mr. Adam we were hired to remove your popcorn ceilings textured them and paint that is exactly what we did as for the nail pops those are on the walls we were not hired to fix walls as a contract clearly states I am sorry you think that HomeAdvisor is nothing but a place to voice negative opinions but please keep in mind the three 400 jobs that we did prior that have not complained if you can show me one company out there that does not have negative remarks I would be amazed. I am sorry you feel you tried to reach out several times but we will not be bullied into."

Have a old house that needed extensive sheet rock repair throughout. The team gave me an fair and excellent quote for repairing and painting the entire house. Arrived on time and completed the project quickly. I end up not having two rooms painted (my choice) and they deducted those two rooms off the finale price! I will definitely hire them again when I decide to finish the project.

"Sorry he feels that we are substandard and untrustworthy. unfortunate a homeowner has work done and leaves home for five month with no acclamation new mud lines will fail. The ceiling texturing was good on 70% of the repairs but on the rest was extremely noticeable and needed to be fixed. On 3 occasions I called them asking them to come back and fix problems with the ceiling texturing and they said they would be there but never showed up. Do not hire these guys, they are not reliable.

Responded quickly to request for quote. Accurately described the work be done. Arrived promptly on scheduled day and completed project quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable - very satisfied with the work done. Have scheduled another small dry wall and tile project with this company. Changing rating of customer service to a 4 . After supposedly ordering some tile and coming back to do small drywall and tile work, I haven't heard from them again. I guess the additional work was too small a project.

Converted a garage office back to a traditional garage and repaired water damaged bathroom ceiling (a major project involving removal of large sections of drywall, windows, and 2x4s and replacing drywall). Plastic sheeting greatly reduced dust in other areas of the house. Absolutely outstanding customer service, attention to detail, "first class" finished project, and a phenomenal value!
