Very responsive and flexible in working with me and my budget. Installed evap coil and charged same day on a high nineties temp outside. It’s only day 2 but everything seems to be working properly.

They came out within about 1 hour of contacting them and fixed the AC unit within 30 minutes. Friendly and professional and prompt! Will use again if other problems come up!

The pro was timely and communicated his arrival time. He Was efficient in his work and seem to know his business. I would hire him again.

Quick scheduling. Very knowledgeable technician/salesman. Repairs done expertly…above and beyond with thoroughness and system integration. Two complaints: R/R powered duct dampeners on a zoned system shouldn’t cost $850 each…very expensive. Second complaint is that OEM parts were not used on an expensive add-on capacitor & relay. Given the price, name-brand OEM parts should have been used, and more than a 6-month warranty obtained.

The quality of the repair was made in a top-notch fashion. Not only did they show up on time, but they also finished the repair promptly and also walked through the results of their inspection findings with a full explanation of the causes for the breakdown. Then they checked out the complete A/C system without additional charge. Clearly, 1st Class is a highly ethical and professional company.

They replaced my indoor AC unit in a pinch on a Sunday night, which was amazing! I could not get any other company to answer the phone, and when I did? their appointments were being booked out at least a week. I was pretty impressed with how quickly they were able to respond to my service call! However, I was given no options as far as the unit itself is concerned (no brand or spec options), and I was also given absolutely zero information on the unit that they chose for us, and installed. There is no paperwork on the new unit or even a receipt for the $5,600 I spent. Also, I was provided no information on the warranty or lack thereof, either. Heck, I don?t even know if it has a warranty (IT BETTER for what they cost!)? But who knows? ????? I?m completely clueless as to what my $5,600 bought me. Lastly, ever since we got the new unit, we?ve had issues with being able to keep the house below 76 degrees during the day. Prior to the replacement, our AC blew and cooled like a CHAMP! We left it on 73 degrees around the clock and it had no issues maintaining that temperature without running constantly all day long. We aren?t burning alive in here, but we sweat just sitting on the couch and we certainly aren?t comfortable. So not only will the new unit not maintain a temperature below 76 degrees, but the unit literally runs constantly the entire day without ever turning off. For the type of money that I spent, one would think I would get AT LEAST the same, if not better results. I miss my 15 year old unit and I wish the brand new one that I gave my left kidney for was at least comparable to the ancient one that they replaced. I?m terrified to see my next electric bill. I?m sure I?ll pay heavily for this every month going forward. Overall, I recommend using this company in a pinch as they are VERY responsive and we were desperate. But if you can wait a week or two, it may be worth shopping around to make sure that you actually know what you?re getting.

Went above and beyond.

The technician was most knowledgeable of the mechanics of the air condition system and the multiple problems we had. It was a heaven sent that we had his service. He explained the problems in a way we could understand. My air conditioning is working better than new. The technician was a serious and diligent worker. I will always use this company in my other rental homes.
