    I had an unbelievable amount of pipes bust all at once. Water was flowing all through my house. Not only did they come over within minutes but it was a Friday at 6pm. They fixed them all AND helped me clean up. It was as if they were drying my tears because I couldnâ t thank them enough. I will FOREVER be a customer. Thank you so much. Mario and Donny and Dustin have my loyalty as long as I have plumbing. :-)

    When Dustin (and his wife) came to my house to give me an estimate, he verbally quoted $1,100 that included repairing two toilets, installing a kitchen faucet I purchased and installing three bathroom faucets I already purchased. When I told him, at this time, I would like only the two toilets repaired and the kitchen faucet installed, he verbally quoted me $375. I didn't hire 1st Class Plumbing while they were in my house but, as they were leaving and already in their truck, since I needed he repairs made, I told Dustin I would hired them at $375 to work on the toilets and kitchen sink. Twice Dustin quoted me $375 and I repeated $375 back to them while they were in their truck. However, when I got the written estimate a few days later, I was quoted $395. I wasn't happy with the increase but needed the work done. I thought the $375 included replacing the two water lines from the wall to the toilets. I already bought the parts. At least I thought it did. One of the guys, Mario, told me the written estimate included changing the water line on one toilet but not both. I told him I would take care of it my self later since I already bought water hoses. I was then told it had to be changed so they could finish the repair. Mario called the 1st Class Plumbing office and was told to charge $40 for a job that took about five minutes. This the main reason I cannot give them a better rating. I don't know any reason why the hose I bought had to be changed by them. If they charged perhaps $10 or $15 I might have been okay with it but $40 for a simple job, it too much. Overall, I liked the guys who did the work and I like the work they performed. I just don't like being verbally quoted one amount and having it increased. I also don't like being charged a ridiculous amount to change a hose that I wanted to do myself but was told they had to do it. Would I hire them again? Perhaps, because they did good work, but I will make sure I initially get a written estimate that shows all the work to be done.
