"Joe, you told me to not clean certain windows during the job because the house maids were going to do some of them and others you didn't want me clean because you said you never open them. I was just following orders but if you feel I missed ones that needed to be cleaned by all means give me a call and I will come back free of charge."

Had all the right equipment with him. He worked quickly but did such an outstanding job that my window just gleamed. He was very professional and he even removed his shoes before coming in my house. Nobody does that, I am very impressed with the work ethic, respect for customers, and the work quality.
