The tech showed up on time, clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and had the part on hand to complete the job. Excellent customer service! My a/c had wires chewed by rodents by the condenser outside. Moe from 1st HVAC was the first to call and showed up as he promised with short notice. I picked 1st HVAC because of Moe, he was very upfront and had different choices for me to pick. I was burned from another a/c company earlier in the week, promising he would show up by never did. Glad I used home advisor to find 1st HVAC.
