I hired 1st Impressions to clean the front office and break rooms of our manufacturing business. Julie has been very honest with us from the beginning and provided a great price! Due to her busy schedule, we can't seem to schedule a time that's best for our business (which is the only reason it's not 5 stars all around). So far the office never looked better and it frees up all our employees to continue to do their work instead of stopping to clean up once a week. In the manufacturing business, it is key to keep employees working on production.

Julie was very flexible and worked around my daughter s rather inquisitive and talkative boys.

She was on time, friendly, and extremely efficient. She left the house spotless!!

My first impression of first impressions is outstanding in professionalism and service. She will be cleaning my mothers house twice a month and we are hopeful for long and excellent relationships. My mother loves to talk and followed her from room to room as she completed her task but she handled her kindly and professionally. My mother is very happy with the results of her initial cleaning and much more comfortable in our home.
