"Provided a 4 Point Inspection for Shaneka J., I appreciate her for making 1st Insight Enterprises Corp. doing business as LoToice Walton Home Inspections her 1st choice. Shaneka is very business oriented and met me with questions to help understand the process of the 4 Point Inspection, I'm glad she challenged my ability and I was able to ease her mind through the wealth of knowledge I was able to provide."
"Lashawn was a very pleasant to work with. She asked all necessary questions to understand the process as well as accompanied me throughout the inspection. We found minimal findings, she was able to make immediate changes to save time, energy, and money in possible dryer replacement. Upon finding that her dryer vent was clogged and was the major loss in heating, Lashawn was able to have the vent cleaned which resulted in the dryer heating once again and saving her the cost of a new dryer."
"Ms. W was an outstanding client, she was very patient and pleasant to work with, she expressed confidence in the services provided, and trust in the information relayed. Ms. W wasn't afraid to ask questions to gain a thorough understanding of the inspection process, and utilized every opportunity to do so. I look forward to the opportunity to work with her in the future, and she can feel free to contact me anytime I can assist with understanding the inspection process, Indoor air quality concerns, or energy efficiency concerns."
