Shower Install or Replace
My project started out as a leaky shower head and turned into a 2700 dollar shower stall replacement! It took a month to finish and still needs some work! All the problems that came up were not 1st Priority Plumbing's fault. The first trip to my house, the supply company the used, had not provided the proper supplies they needed. The second trip, wrong door! Then, 1st Priority said they would do all the drywall and patching required. I said I would do the painting if they would do everything else! They are done and gone and I still have to patch and smooth the drywall before I can paint it! Not to mention the trim and molding!

Responded quickly and finished the job in no time. Extremely courteous. We had a cracked pipe leading to our shower. Jason listened to my explanation, and then just fixed it. Will definitely use 1st Priority again.

Personnel arrived on time. The fixes require them to cut several holes thru dry wall to install cutoff valves and and to repair/replace and connect new external water fixtures. Once the ydid this then said they do not repair or replace the dry wall. So we are now stuck trying to find some one to repair the dry wall. This is very disturbing and disappointing.

Jason called to let me know what time he would arrive when our water heater blew out on a Saturday morning. He did not a different rate for weekends, which was a plus. He arrived early and knocked out the job quickly. It's only been a few days, but we are very happy with his work and would recommend him.

Well Pump Repair or Service
Jason is a great plumber. He was willing to come on a Sunday without charging a premium. We thought our Well Tank needed to be replaced. Jason told us to check a few things to be sure, before he was hired. That impressed me. Also, he is very informative, offering tips and tricks to keep everything running as it should. He replaced our well tank, added a shutoff valve to the well, and replaced the control switch in 3 hours. He also gave water softener advice and checked our water content afterwards without charge. He has a 90 warranty on parts he provided and his labor. 30 days later, everything is running as it should.

Gas Piping
Priced a job of 70 to 80 feet of piping and then determined it was unneccessary only 35 feet or so was used. Did not change his price!

"This customer had us run 100 ft of pipe around his house then after it was all done he then lets us know that we have to run the pipe in a diffrent spot. Thats means we have to redo the pipe work we just did and run new pipe over we use a flex line and once it is installed and you put the stuff together you now have to cut that out and that was told to the customer. We even gave him a discount and we only charged him for 37 ft of pipe and we didnt even charge for the fixture supply hook up we are always out to give our customers the best sevice we even did this around his time frame."
