I share our family's experience with this company to hopefully protect other young families from serious financial burden from sloppy, negligent work. I see so many positive reviews and all I can think is that it wasn't for tile work. We hired this company to retile our bathroom. We had so many issues with the work of the tiler who came to our home. It was devastating to see our $6000 investment (installing and materials) be done haphazardly and knowing we now need to live with this disaster. In addition to the initial issues (which I'll list below), not even 6 months later, we had a tile come up because the tiler cut corners and did not properly install the floor tile. That was a $600 fix to bring in a trustworthy contractor. Now, 3 months later, another tile is coming up and has to be replaced for another $600-800 fix. In addition to the $1200 to fix the brand new tub the tiler scratched up, we are already up to $2400 in repair work thanks to this man. We have attempted to contact Oleg MANY times. His first solution was to send the man who destroyed our bathroom back to our home. Given his disrespect and negligent work, we expressed that this was not a solution. Oleg's next solution was to stop responding to us. We have given up hope of any resolution and are resolved to just having to eat the cost of this horrible work. But I truly hope I can help save another family from going through this same experience. Do yourself a huge favor and find another company who will care about the work they do and you as a customer. Yes, these types of contractors do exist! Initial issues: 1. Our bathtub area has a mosaic strip. We requested it be centered on the niche. It is offset 1/4 inch, which is very noticeable to us. But we have now burned through our materials, so we are aware this cannot be fixed and we have to live with this. 2. The grout laying was done sloppily, with big holes in it. When I called and he came back, he marked up all my tile, then tried to tell us that was how the grout we chose was. We know for fact it isn't because our other bathroom used the same grout and it went in perfectly. He did return to fix the grout. We'll see if he actually did it well or if it's just going to need to be fixed in short order. All the corners are already cracking. And grouting under our niche looks half done. 3. The marks the tiler made were left there, then sealed and I now have to figure out how to clean up his mess. 4. The tiler just didn't install the corner pieces of our mosaic until we called him out on it. He did a half ass job fixing it after we complained. 5. I watched this tiler in my brand new tub without any protection. After he left there were major scratches in my tub that were not there before. It was clear something had either been dropped or a rock was in his shoe and he stepped in. That has resulted in $1200 to resurface the new tub. When we reached out, we were told it was not the company's fault and they would do nothing. With everything we have witnessed, it is clear the tiler that worked in our bathroom cut many corners and did a sloppy job. I have no doubt we will be living with the consequences of his inept work for years to come.

The guys did a nice job. There was a little communication snafu re: whether it was a one or two day job, but otherwise things went well.

The installer came by the next morning, looked the project over, explained how he would do it. The he followed up with an text on when the part would come in (Friday or Monday) and we settled on a schedule.

Oleg was super fast and efficient, with the work being completed on time and at budget. His responsiveness was very prompt no matter the time of day/night. Would highly recommend!

Oleg is amazing! $250 cheaper than anyone else. Clearly knew what he was doing when others were hesitant. I would hire this guy again and again!

I was having my gas line extended on the exterior of the house to a grill in my backyard, then a trench dug to a further location in my backyard for a firepit. Oleg was able to come quickly for an onsite quote. His quote was reasonable and he was able to quote me for the trench digging as well. Everything went according to schedule beyond that - digging/piping, permit inspection, and then returning for fill-in and appliance hookups. Communication was good through text and their invoice/scheduling app.

Oleg is just awesome. Unparalleled level of professionalism. He did a perfect install for gas pipes, generator hook ups, fire table, barbeque gas connection etc etc. Would strongly recommend him. Wish we could find more professionals like him.

Was proactive in setting up an appointment with me. Didnt have me try to jump through hoops like others. Was early to the appointment, which is great! Did their due diligence found issues and corrected them. Keeping me informed along the way. Overall I am very happy with their work ethic and customer service. Will hire again in the future.
