I have worked with Luke this past year on a total remodel of my mid sixties home. Insulating and dry walling the garage and opening up the living and dinning areas. The work is great the team is great. The come when they say do the work as ask and clean up the sight. Luke is my contractor for life.

They did a very good job on my small kitchen update. My cabinets were painted and turned out better than I expected. New countertops, lighting and sink look great. Iâ m especially pleased with how fast the the project was completed and very fair pricing. I would recommend 1st Rate Construction. They guarantee their work for one year and although I havenâ t had any issues, I feel they would certainly live up to this commitment.

We just finished a major remodel on our 1970s ranch-style house with 1st Rate Construction (removing walls and installing beams, complete gut and rebuild of the kitchen, closing up doorways, and installing new doors). Their work is top-notch and we are very pleased with the outcome. And while it took longer than what James (the estimator) told us, it was worth the wait in the end. Once they got started, the progress they made daily was impressive. As can be expected there were some hiccups and stressors along the way, but Luke and Sam really know what they are doing and made us feel at ease with the whole process. Sam did the lions share of the work and we have decided that there is not anything he does not know how to do. He is fantastic! These really are a good group of guys who do good, quality work. They showed up when they said they would, they were fairly priced, they were respectful in our home, and they were as clean and organized as you can be busting out walls. In short, we are very pleased with our experience. The kitchen is beautiful. Everyone that sees it says it looks like it came from a magazine. We love it, and we are enjoying working in our new space. We would highly recommend 1st Rate to anyone, and we plan to use them again once we have saved up to remodel our bathrooms. 1st rate construction really did live up to their name. They were always on the job when they said they would be there and I cannot say enough good things about their quality of workman. Luke was really involved from start to finish to make sure everything was the way I want it. Sammy and Joey were terrific. Countertop install within 3 days, and backsplash within 2 days. And recess lighting with all the patchups, cant even tell my grotesque flourecant box lights were there! Thanks so much

Luke and his entire team at 1st Rate Construction were amazing from day one! My wife and I had to fire a previous contractor for a kitchen remodel in which the other company did absolutely nothing for 3 months. It was a nightmare being without our kitchen and sink. Luke came in and saved us from this horrendous endeavor. The whole process with 1st Rate only took a little over a month, but when 1st Rate actually started work in our home, they were finished in one week. Luke and his team did an amazing job on our patio. They poured a 12' x 38' patio. No cracks so far. They textured and then stained it to perfection. They cleaned up after the job and were extremely pleasant to work with. A definite future hire. You can trust Luke to do what he says he will do for what he says he will do it for. Great quality.
