1st Resort Carpet Cleaning

Tony was great. He quickly returned my phone call to schedule appointment. He called me the morning of the appointment to let me know when I could expect him. Carpets are clean and smell great! Highly Recommend

BEST CARPET CLEANER WE'VE EVER USED. We met Tony and 1st Resort after a construction worker caused a basement flood. He and his crew were there within minutes of getting the call. After the remediation, we used Tony and his crew regularly for the next 7 years. The carpets and upholstery always looked like new. We sold the house; and, when we needed to leave our apartment, Tony said that, unfortunately, they couldn't use their equipment on the 3rd floor. I asked what spot remover they used. Not only did he tell me which one, he took time out of his busy schedule to drive some over. He refused to let me pay him for his time or the product. I give Tony and 1st Resort my highest commendation and praise.

1st Resort reached out to me as soon as I sent my carpet cleaning request. By the end of my call I already had my cleaning scheduled the next day. The team was communicative and punctual. I have white-ish carpet, not an easy project. The carpet looks amazing. Cleaner than I thought possible. The were friendly and on time. Reasonable rates. I will definitely use them again.

Tony and his team were 1st rate guys. I found them online and called with a big job in my basement to clean up from my old, senior cat who soiled (#2!) all over the basement carpet of my rental home in Denver. Tony picked up when i called and we scheduled an appointment for the next week. Tony held his price to what he quoted me for the job, arrived on time, and took care of the carpet beautifully! It literally looks like new. There are no visible stains any longer and it is properly disinfected. I am grateful for the quality work and customer service and will definitely use them in the future if ever needed!
