I was/am very please with the work from 1st Service Heating and Air. Just moments after selecting request a quote my phone rang and they setup an appointment for someone to come to the house. Silas was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the issue but could not fix permanently that day, He did provide a temporary fix and returned early the next morning to complete the work as promised. I would recommend them to any one needing help with their HVAC system.

THE UNIT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED JUST YET AS I TOLD HIM OTHER PEOPLE WERE SUFFERING ALOT MORE THEN ME- BUT 1ST SERVICE AIR AND HEATING WAS THE BEST PRICE I GOT AND WAS REALLY MORE HONEST THEN THE OTHER 2 HEATING AND AIR I USED TO DEAL WITH--I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM-- I GOT A GOOD UNIT AND A GOOD PRICE...AND THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY INFORMED - I KNEW BASICALLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HE JUST CONFIRMED IT - SO I KNEW HE WAS BEING HONEST WITH ME SO I BROUGHT THE NEW UNIT FROM THEM....

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Butch and Dustin are both very knowledgeable. They helped me get my heater to work long enough until we could get the whole system replaced. I got quotes from large competitors but 1st Service easily beat their prices. While getting a quote from a competitor a circuit breaker got broken by him and he wanted to charge me $200 to replace it. I told him no thank you, called 1st service back up and they came out and replaced it that day. They even provided me with space heaters in case the heater went out before we could replace it. These guys give top notch service and take pride in their work. So not only did I get a high quality service and system, I got a great price as well. Would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC assistance.

Butch the owner is terrific. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and did a great job diagnosing a problem with my home A/C that I have struggled with for two years. He was prompt, flexible and gave me a courtesy call about an hour before his arrival to make sure I would be ready. I wholeheartedly recommend him and won't hesitate to hire him again.
