No major problems with the courtesy or job done. The man was finished in less than an hour. Inspections are simple and I have nothing to compare this companies work against.

**Do not pay in full until job is done and no damage is noted.** I hired Mike and his crew to do some repairs to my home, on things that were noted during an inspection prior to me purchasing the house. His crew did great work in the attic. However, they used the wrong type of ladder to gain access into it. This caused the ladder to come crashing down into my bedroom, which in turn caused damage to my closet and broke a piece of molding. Unfortunately, this all took place just after I had paid Mike in full for the work. He assured me that they would come back out to fix the damage that was done. Since then, I’ve contacted them three times to set something up. I’ve been cancelled on twice, and the third time his guy never showed up. I would definitely not recommend hiring this company. If you do, only pay half up front and don’t pay the other half until the job is done and there’s no damage discovered. At least then if they do any damage, you will have a better chance of them coming out to fix it since you’ll still owe them half the money for the job.

Did termite control and fixed a roof tile. Took a little while to hear back from him but overall did a good job. He was truthful, knew what he was talking about, and was fairly priced.

He is overpriced, didn't put concrete in one of the posts and never came back when I asked him to put concrete. He did not call back and the paint job that he did was terrible.

When Mike did the free estimate, he told me it wasn't the walls where we were losing heat. It was my crawl space. Also, totally above the work of insulating the space, he noticed an air duct was disconnected. He got the straps needed to fix the vent and didn't charge me. Excellent customer service. He was neat, on time, and quick with the insulation.

promised to return for a follow up visit but never returned. I like fokls to do what they say they are going to do.

Mike was very professional and courteous. However mike initially did not come to do the porch he sent two employees. They where okay as they did miss various things when installing the deck boards. Edges weren't sanded, railing still shook. Deck boards where uneven and screws in places were sticking up. After telling Mike he did come and make sure the job was complete to my satisfaction i appreciated that.
