Steve, quick response and his excellent ability to diagnose and fix the problem. A true professional!! A great company.

He called to let me know he would be a little later. As soon as he arrived he started working until he finished with the first problem. I showed him what else i was looking forward for him to fix and i asked for an estimated cost. I'm still waiting for the estimate and the receipt for the payment i gave him for the call. He came the 4th of December, today is Dec. 17. I called, left a message. Home Advisor told me they were going to contact him and let him know i'm still interested to continue with the other projects.

First time arrived right on time pinpointed and explained the problem with my furnace, fixed the problem and gave me input on how to make it more efficient in the long run. The owner and his nephew were polite, friendly and efficient and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

He was on time.

From the initial phone call, all the way to a perfectly repaired AC unit by Steve himself, my wife and I were delighted by the speed, courtesy, expertise and professionalism by this superbly run outfit. We will be hiring them again!

We should have called First Time RIght Construction the first time! We called after we had a negative experience with another company we called to fix our air conditioner. When we were told we would need additional parts and work done we called FTRC for a second opinion. Not only is our air conditioning fixed correctly, but we saved money and a big headache! We will use FTRC again and would recommend their service!

Furnace/air conditioner stopped blowing. Arrived on time and replaced parts on older furnace. We will use them again.

Steve called right away and was willing to come out at 10 pm on a Friday night. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get the furnace working, but told us it was a temporary fix. He order the parts we needed and had the work completed by Monday at noon. Everything was reasonably priced too. Steve gave me information about what his company offers, but was not pushy in trying to sign me up for anything. I would hire them again and I have already recommended 1st Time Right to friends.
