The alarm went off during the weekend. They had an after hours service that took my phone call and scheduled me for Monday morning. They came, gave me two options for fixing the panel, and then fixed it. Was very happy with their service and would use them again.

Both times they were prompt, courteous and helpful. After servicing when my toilet was gurgling, I had a long conversation with Erin at the office and she was very informative and helpful in trying to decide if it was a plumbing issue or a septic tank issue. She recommended some plumbers and one came that afternoon and addressed the issue. I was so thankful that she spent time on the phone with me, helping to problem solve this issue.

They arrived when scheduled. Promptly began removing lids and began pumping. Also cleaned filter. Once tank was emptied they covered openings with the lids. Prepared an invoice and I paid them . No problems.

Great service. Used 1st Choice for pumping and inspection service. Nothing urgent. Team arrived when scheduled with a 60 minute warning. Were done in about 30 minutes, leaving everything operating and clean. Had no problem answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Cost included pumping, filter cleaning and inspection of the tank and drain field. Highly recommended.

They are far overpriced from all other companies. They charged extra for every single thing .. to dig up the septic lids...to use an air blower... for extra hose.. They pumped the septic then realized this didnt clear the drain line therefore charged extra to use another tool to clear it. $600 for a pump seems unreasonable.

I guess there is a reason this company is rated so high - no one else even close. They were able to work my job in, in short notice after my house sold in 2 days. Very professional, did a great job. Even got a bennie and price break for being an Angie's list customer.

Very Good! They found the septic, dug about 18 inches to get to access, cleaned the filter (which was clogged) and cleaned out the septic tank. They also recommended extenders from the under ground access to ground level, which I had them do. This way next time they won't have to dig up my lawn.

Very friendly and professional. They were on time and did what was discussed at the price that was discussed. They found some issues with our septic tank. We were shown the problems. Felt no pressure but decided to have them fix it and I'm happy we did. Their prices are very reasonable. We will always use 1st Choice Service.

Ryan and Cliff arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to troubleshoot the digging up of the tank lids, which in some areas are covered with patio brick. They excavated the lids in such a way that minimized the removal of bricks, which I greatly appreciated. As the first time owner of a house with a septic system, Ryan and Cliff were also very helpful in giving me options to help make future service quicker and more cost effective. (And with less mess.) They were also able to provide estimated pricing for future work up front. Another big plus for me is that Ryan and Cliff were comfortable with me being around while they did the work, which allowed me to get a better understanding of the current condition of my septic tank, how it works, and what to watch out for.

They were able to come out within a few days. When they got here they said the septic tank was too deep (>2ft) to hand dig and the ground makes it seem like there was a problem with the one of the lids. It took a about 1.5 week to get back with backhoe to dig and there was an extra cost for that. Initially I thought backhoe part was expensive, but did not have other quotes to compare it to. Pumping cost was comparable to others. They were careful when uncovering the tank so they would not damage the lids. Pumped out both sides of the tank. They warned me about the poor condition of the tank - but they didn't act like they were trying to upsell me a new tank or other services. Overall, I was very pleased and will call them the next time the tank needs to be pumped out.
