It went great. The one unit was not cooling very well but I decided was all the windows in the back of my house. The unit had frozen up and was dirty out side from all the yard work we had been having done. As mine was dethowing he even helped my neighbor out with her problem. Eric is a great guy and we will use him again. Thank you for making us comfortable again. Nothing better then sleeping in a cool home.

And he is the only technician that I would allow to service my AC Unit. His name is Eric Ballard, he is the owner the company. I highly recommend him to anyone, he's work is first class. He works clean, he picks up after himself and cleans up his mess after the job is done. I have used the main company before, but I left that company to follow him in his new practice.

He came out to troubleshoot my condenser unit and informed me that I needed another motor. He told me the price of the motor and the labor and I was fine with it. He also did a excellent job when he installed the motor. He was very professional. I will call him again if needed and refer him to anyone that needs these type services.
