Never hire 1st Class Plumbing, aka Chuck Parnell, or allow him or his wife to work in your home. They are nothing but con-artist, drug addicts and thieves. They prey on the elderly. They were hired to do work at my mom's that should have been completed in a week. It took them over a month and never showed back up to finish work. They convinced my mom it was her place to pay for all supplies and that they would reimburse her when ins co paid. They were paid over 3K by the ins co for supplies and pocketed the money. They never reimbursed my mother a penny. They committed insurance fraud, as well. They charged ins co thousands of dollars for new cabinetry and countertops that were never touched. They authorities have been contacted. We are having to hire someone else to come in to undo their damage. We since have found out the they operate without a license. They live out of hotels while they run their scam and DSS had taken away custody of their children for methamphetamine use. Desperate people do desperate things. We should have done our homework, but it was an emergency plumbing issue. I would hate to see this or worse happen to anyone else parent. Please share!!

Charles came out on a holiday (1/1/2018) despite not feeling well, diagnosed the problem, took time to explain what the error meant and what factors caused it, and of course fixed the previously explained contributing issues. All together a very quick and educational process. I am already planning more work I will need his expertise for.

Charles arrived on Saturday, December 30th within an hour of the initial call and remained for approximately 6 hours to assure completion of the job and restoration of water service. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. In addition, he coordinated a sub-contractor from his network of contractors for the use of a backhoe to speed up the process. I strongly recommend use of 1st Class Plumbing for residential plumbing needs.
