Robert Arida brings to 1st Maintenance 30+ years experience in the construction industry. He grew up in a family of builders and learned much about construction from his father and grandfather. He furthered his education with a degree in Business and Construction Engineering.

He was excellent. Took initiative and little extra things. Changed light fixture, power washing, a little plumbing, everything! He even had a cleaning company come in after he was finished! He was great and I would highly recommend him!

They are absolutely fantastic.They showed up on time. They cleaned up so good. The equipment are modern and the workers are good. The owner make sure that the workers are doing good and make sure everthing was okay.He also followed up after the work was done. They followed up actually 3 times. Im gonna recommend them to everyone.
