1st Resort Carpet Cleaning

My work was addressed quickly, efficiently and above the bar. They performed a miracle cleaning on my old worn out carpet. It’s looks brand new!! Stepped in to address an additional situation at no charge! Would hire again!

They provide great services! The room they cleaned was horrible. I should of took before and after photos. My jaw dropped when I saw the results. Amazing work and many years of experience. The process didn't take long either. Very professional and honest.

I am very impressed with this company. They called the night before to ask if 0900 would be OK for me. It was. Upon his arrival, he explained what he was doing and how things were moving along. He was very kind, thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. It took half the time that I thought he would need. His clean-up was fast and tidy. He explained a lot about my carpet and care. I was very impressed. I know, anyone that uses this service will have excellent results. Please give him a try, you will not be dissapointed.

1st Resort Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job on the carpet in a rental property that I honestly did not expect they would be able to clean efficiently to remove the pet stains and urine smell left by prior tenants. The carpet tech assured and convinced me of a product and treatment that would work to permanently eliminate the smell not mask and so far, it HAS! I was highly impressed and happy with the results! The staff was professional and courteous from start to finish and I will be calling them for any future carpet cleaning needs.

GREAT WORK

I was shopping for carpet cleaners on a Sunday night and 1st Resort was rated highly. I completed the request through Angie’s List. Tony responded immediately via text and we set it up for Wednesday. Kody called before our appointment window asking if we wanted him to arrive earlier - which worked out great. We gave him the code to our new condo’s front door, left the unit unlocked and when we finished closing and returned, he was wrapping up and did a great job. He was super professional and friendly. He was conscientious ensuring the hoses did not rub against the front door or cause any damage. Highly recommend this company and specifically Kody!

I was totally happy with the young man that came to my house to do the carpet cleaning. He had a personality and professionalism about him that is sometimes hard to find. He is definitely an asset to your company! I was also amazed at your prices. Being on a fixed income makes it hard to do extra things, but with your prices, it was doable.
