after a brief mix up on our part on the timing, the owner was great at getting to us and getting the job done. <br /> He cleaned the carpets in three of our 4 bedrooms and the hall and the stairs. We did pay extra for the stairs, which they all charge, so I had no problem paying that. <br /> We had no major stains, so the cleaning went well <br />
