My shower faucet had a slow leak, I had it repaired by another plumber at high cost. Shortly after, it started leaking again slow at first, then up to 3 gallons a day. I could not let the water just go down the drain- so I caught it in buckets and transferred to my washer. I was very frustrated and called other plumbers but they all wanted to tear my wall apart at very great expense. I called Josh and he took a look, went to get some parts, replaced the cartridges and I could beleive it fixed so easily, quickly, and it was affordable! I recommended him to my friend who needed her toilet replaced. He even gave me a Senior Discount.

I called I explained the issues I was having at my rental property, he showed up very quickly and assessed the situation in great terminology for me to understand. They the work is very professional and precise. Would definitely have 1Up to service all my rentals, even my home as well
