They canceled my appointment the day it was scheduled. There office help kept telling me she would call me back to reschedule but never did. I had to continue to call to get any sort of answer. Finally 3 days later I was told it was going to be an additional 3 weeks before someone could come out and they couldn’t even give me an exact date. Overall terrible customer service and management skills, over priced and unreliable. The best thing to come of this was I found another company, who were cheaper, came out that same week and did an amazing job!

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service

The communication concerning when they would be here was poor. Eventually they arrived 2 hours after the stated time that I was given when I called to inquire. Two very personable young men cleaned the gutters on my house, that have removable leaf guards, in half an hour. And I do not live in a bungalow! Since I have not yet climbed up and looked in the gutters, I have no way to rate the quality of the job.
