IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE IN THE COMPANY WROTE A REVIEW OF A 5 STAR AND PUT MY NAME BESIDE IT. I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ANYTHING BUT A 5. THEY DID NOT FINISH MY JOB AND SAID IN A TEST MESSAGE IF I DAMAGE THERE REPUTATION HE WOULD PREVAIL IN A DEFAMATION SUIT. I CALLED THE POLICE. THE OWNER CAME OUT HIMSELF TO FINISH MY SCREENING WITH NO HELP. PULLED THE SCREEN OFF AND LEFT. THEN SAID IN A TEXT FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX SCREEN.

Randy is a perfectionist in installations. Heâ s very polite and professional. He made sure my fan and dishwasher were running to my satisfaction. He even explained some things without me having to ask! Itâ s nice to have one person install both items. Weâ re very happy we chose 2331 Home Services.

The worker for nice and polite but they did not show up with any of the tools to do the job I provided them for them and then when they gave me the bill they have informed me that the extra hour was for DriveTime

"Thank you Danny for the review. We always want our customers to be completely satisfied with the job or we don't expect our customers to pay. However, it's always fair to be accurate & truthful. Wouldn't you agree? We gave you a price of $110 for installing a door and that's what we charged. When the two workers arrived we had to remove a door as well. In our intake process, you previously stated that you would remove the door before our arrival. We brought tools for an install, not a removal. You loaned us a crowbar. When we finished (after an hour travel and 1 hour at the site for 2 men) we asked you if you were satisfied & we asked if that was fair for payment. You agreed and paid for the services. We wish you well. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you."
