After meeting with a few contractors we knew 203 was the one . They took the time to explain every step of the process and help us make a few critical decisions we could not figure out on our own. Frank and his crew were a pleasure to work with and take great pride in their work . We couldnt be happier with the final results and would recommend them to anyone looking for for a great contractor to work with

FJS was hired after a comparison of the quality of his work compared to reasonable pricing. Timeliness was never a problem in that his crew showed up every morning and the project was never delayed . Quotes were all written and unforeseen work was handled in a professional way They will be my first call on future projects

We hired 203 Building for a four-room renovation including our kitchen, bathroom, and family room, and the results were outstanding. We bought a foreclosure years ago. We met frank thru a friend and he was a lifesaver. His talent and knowledge of building is limitless and his skills are unmatched. We hired Frank and his team to build a rear family room addition . From planning and designing to the turn key ir was a great expierence. All work was done in a professional manner , job kept immaculately clean , fit and finish exceeded our expectations.

Frank, the owner, was honest and hard working. Started and finished the work before he even said he would be done.

FJS was very reasonable price-wise with my kitchen cabinet refacing. Old cabinet doors were taken off and upgraded and an old compacter was replaced with another cabinet to match the rest. Due to installing new doors to an old frame adjustments had to be made. FJS mastered that professionally and efficiently. They also trimmed 4 windows for me and mended squeaky stairs. I’m very happy with the results! They aim to please. I would definitely recommend them!

Frank is not even done with the job and I know it's going to look great. It's exactly the reason to hire Frank. Excellent communication and makes you feel completely confident in hiring him. Not only that but he helped me acquire other resources in another part of my renovation that wan't going so well. When you find a good contractor you have to make sure you spread the word.

Frank was extremely through about my deck project from estimate to finish. He educated me and brought samples of decking materials so that I could actually envision the deck and he walked me through the process step by step always keeping to his word and timeframe for each phase of the project. He was always very responsive anytime I had questions.

Coming from a woman's point of view I have had 3 contractors prior to Frank, and was very apprehensive hiring another contractor. Frank has great integrity, lets you know upfront the time frame for the project, and finishes on time with great results. Frank gets straight to the point, he has amazing workers. Not only have I gained an amazing contractor I gained an amazing friend..

Frank and his team are great - very fast and exceptionally clean during renovations. It was very easy to contact and would respond to email immediately throughout the day. He even came over after hours to check a leaking water like to fridge after hours. We are very pleased with the kitchen renovation overall.

When we decided to redo our kitchen we interviewed quite a few contractors. Frank set himself apart a few ways on the PREBID: 1. He worked well with my wife (instead of just talking to the husband) and answered all her questions (which were a lot:) 2. He just made sense.....sounded knowledgeable, gave us some good advice. 3. He's likable.....right from the start. We both liked him....a good mix between professional and friend. BID: His price was in the middle of where the other contractors were. Very fair. WORK PHASE: 1. He shows up when he tells you he will be there. Every day at the exact same time. 2. He does what he says he's doing to do. Explains it....does it....no surprises. 3. He saved us thousands on a beam by talking to our architect and finding an alternative method to a load bearing wall. 4. He leaves the place spotless every night....which is pretty darn important when you're talking about a 12-week project. 5. His guys are considerate.....good people. (again...important if you're going to have people in your house and live through the renovation like we did) 6. He's fair......on numerous items .....he worked with us when unexpected things came up. (and they will once you start tearing down walls) POST WORK: We had an issue with a plumbing item that likely wasn't Frank's fault. He fixed it .....kept us happy. He's interested in building long relationships. I know this was a long review but it's a big decision. We have at least 10 friends that lived through nightmares when doing renovations.....this was by far the best experience we've ever had. We'll only hire Frank going forward. Use him. You won't be disappointed.
