They were excellent - a full 2 days after the big rain storm, they took my call promptly and were able to come from Philly to Edison NJ on THE SAME DAY! They were flexible and save my parents from the ordeal of drying their basement on their own. Absolutely professional and well worth the $ spent.

First off - he called me very quickly after I submitted my request thru Service Magic- he is the ONLY one of the three to call. We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. I appreciated not being left hanging - When he got here, he was friendly and went to work snaking my sewer drain and though the project was a bit bigger than he expected he stuck to his original estimate. I very much appreciated that! Before he left I asked for a ballpark on 2 projects I'd like to do this year and both were quite reasonable. I will be hiring him for those jobs and will recommend him to my friends.

Malcolm and his team showed up when scheduled to repair my drain backup. The prior day I had another service company come out that was unable to clear the clog. Malcolm was professional, polite, conscientious and neat. They were able to snake out the line and remove 1/3 of a brick that was blocking the line. All that and the price was resonable. Malcolm was amazing. we called with an urgent problem, he dropped what he was doing and came right over. He was very professional. The job we had was difficult and required some advanced techniques and he knew his stuff. He charged a fair price and even gave us a discount. Here's the kicker, WE CALLED AT MIDNIGHT, He was here by 1AM as promised and worked until almost 4AM until the job was done. He later told me that he was in the middle of moving when we called him and IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY. He also guaranteed his work. Last but not least, he called the next day to make sure everything was still ok. I will never use anyone else.
