Great experience, if I can say that about a disaster. Dale Schwartz was able to come on site and get right to work when other companies were days away. He worked into the night, and had a team assembled that tackled everything almost immediately. It was a big job, and I was impressed with their expertise and competence, and Dale's willingness to explain and outline exactly what had to happen. Dale was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company, and explaining that process. I hope I never have another disaster like this, but if I do, my first call will be to 24/7.

Many 24/7 Restoration workmen were in and out of our home dealing with water damage from a leaking water heater that occurred while we were on vacation. The company responded immediately to our need, and during the weeks of water mitigation followed by restoration all the workers were polite, skilled, conscientious and dependable. We highly recommend this company.

In January 2021, we had a complete sewer break at our rental. Not knowing where to start, I found 24-7 Restoration listed on the Internet and gave them a call. I was very grateful that Michael picked up the phone and spent a lot of time explaining the process and calmly reassuring me 24-7 would handle the issue for me. Michael also gave me several great recommendations for the many other services we would need in order to restore the property. During a stressful time, Michael and his staff not only responded immediately, but continued to communicate with us during the entire process...start to finish. I would like to give a special shout out to Forest (from 24-7) who consistently responded to any question by text or email within hours. Thank you, Michael, Meridian Environmental, Cody at Elite Rooter and Jeremy with Northern Colorado Restoration Services for a job well done and for â talking me off the ledge.â The final results of our nightmare, turned out like a dream! Dry rot, Water or Pest Damage Major Repair
The overall experience was great. The only 1 issue was that I would have like to know more about what to expect. There were certain machinery put in the kitchen that are loud, and we werenâ t quite prepared for them removing all of the cabinets. I thought they were going to assess first, then we decide, but it happened very quickly. I canâ t say I regret it, because if we had to plan for being down 5 days, that would have been tough to schedule. Sometimes you just need to do it. So Iâ m glad we went this route. I would recommend this team.

I was treated with the utmost respect and concern for the damage in my home. The employees and owners emulate courtesy, patience, and incredibly quick response time. All of my questions were answered very quickly. They worked with my insurance company and were patient with that process. I hired them because I had a leak in my bathroom that lead to mold in my wall. Everyone that I interacted with was amazing! They treated me better than my own insurance company. I was able to arrange a payment plan after my insurance would not pay for it. Great costumer service!!!

I hired 24-7 to power wash and treat my basement some water got into my basement a few years back. The 2-man team showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. They covered the area to protect it from the constant traffic and direct contact with their equipment. They dropped by daily over the 3 day period to monitor the drying process. If the need arises, I would hired them again.

I received prompt service and a quick estimate for the job. However, I did not always get a response when requesting promised daily updates. Nor did I get a response about daily costs. Overall, I believe the company is staffed by competent individuals, once you get a hold of them. Unfortunately for my job, they do not appear to have the appropriate equipment for drying a crawl space.
