I first reached out to Bob for a quote for a full roof replacement. After exploring options I decided to instead go with a solar installer, but they told me they don't do masonry work. I reached back out to Bob with an incredibly reduced scope of work which only included removing the peak of a chimney and replacing the house's soffit to add ventilation. He was still willing to work with me and treated me with respect throughout the process. Price felt a little high but it was expected since this was entirely ladder/steep roof work. I'm assuming bricks were tossed off the side of the house which explains how the chimney portion was done in less than a day, clean up was very satisfactory. When I asked about further soffit details, Bob thoroughly explained the work involved, how the new soffit would look and be installed, and brought a sample booklet so I could see the color options. Very happy with the resulting work, only ask would have been even more intake holes.

I wrote a bad review for this company he didn’t like it but he did come back and fix at least the leak I had paid them for for $2400 then he said he would come back and re-mother the sailing and fix it if I took off the bad review. I took off the bad review and it has been five weeks or more. He never came back never saw him another job. I had him do for me. It was replaced a small mini porch step he charged me $1500 for it did it with wood that had two big knots in the wood which I thought was kind of why would you put big open hole knots into a flooring but he did it now three days ago, the hot water in my master bedroom froze. I had to hire another contractor to come in and loan behold the man never put any insulation any covering between the step in the house so down in the basement, you see daylight the pipes are right there in the basement the hot water pipe froze. I had to hire another contractor to come in and in between the slats of wood that he replaced had to put clear sealant because he left open holes to go right down into my basement never put a drop insulation just a big giant open hole and he had to insulate my pipes the new man fill the coals into the wood that he did and I had to pay somebody else to finish his job. Do not get 24./7 home repairs to do anything it’s all half assed

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT TO MR BOB BECAUSE MY HUSBAND LEFT HIS WORKING TOOLS AT A JOB SITE THAT WAS BEING DONE FOR HIM , I HAVE CALLED I HAVE TEXTED HIS NUMBER HE BLOCKED ME DONT ANSWER ANY OF MY TEXT OR CALLS HE TOOK VALUABLE WORKING TOOLS THIS GUY IS NOT A HONEST PERSON. I HAD ALSO MENTIONED I AM GOING TO GET THE TOOLS AT HIS PLACE AND HE SAID I DONT WANT YOU TO COME I WILL GO AND DROP IT OF BUT HE HAS NOT CALLED AND BLOCKED ME DOESNT ANSWER AT ALL . WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IM GOING THREW WITH HIM AND THIS GUY IS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION MY FAMILY IS GOING THREW RIGHT NOW.
