This man is unprofessional and he hires people that are unprofessional. He is not licensed for construction work. He knows nothing about construction. All the work he did in my apartment is a disaster. He took my $4,000 and didn't do anything.

So far the process has been met with professionalism, and creative ideas to go beyond expectations in a positive way.

Tony and his partner as well as the staff are true professionals. We will definitely use them again. Their work says it all that my neighbors hired the company for repairs. We are very pleased and would recommend their company.

When I first hired them, he was extremely nice and professional. How ever after getting the first quote they gave me I straight away said NO. The apartment was 6,300 squared feet, a job for a hardworking crew. After getting quotes all around I was about to hire someone I use all the time, when 24/7 Home Repairs called me. After going back and forth with prices and promising and talking their way into getting the job they said they were the best company out there and guaranteeing their work, we agreed on a price which was actually half of what they had originally stated, and with the time frame I had asked for. (It was a rush request and they were very promising) I was very eager to see what would they do, and the first day the painters came and started the job. An hour later THEY dropped the rollers and said goodbye, with the excuse it was a very big project and they were not going to be paid accordingly. Next day, 24/7 sent another crew to take care of the job. A good thing I can say is they were very hard working and nice. When the time came to paint the doors they added $1,500 extra to the price we had agreed on !!!!!! I could not believe what I was hearing but had no other option than to pay. When they were done everything seemed good and I was happy, how ever the next day I came back the doors were peeling off and there were patches all around. I called and called and promises of fixing it. They sent another time the painter and he just patched the work. I was then in the dilema of hiring them again to fix their wrongs or calling someone else to fix all of their mistakes. The walls were left sandy, not smoothly painted. the doors were not premiered of filed, only spray painted and it keeps coming off. I had to call 3 other painters to come and see it with their own expert eyes. And the job was indeed poorly done. And now it is going to cost me extra for their mistakes. If I had hired a painter without a licence or someone who doest sell themselves as being a professional I would take the blame, but this company says they are respectful and excellent. NOT WORTH YOUR WHILE, you will end up paying more and having a bad time, stressing for something you shouldn't.

I was very pleased with the service and attention provided by 24/7 home repairs. I was contacted right away by Tony after initial request and he was always very punctual and professional. His team did a great job and they were very accommodating with any requests I had.

After 2 weeks of trying to get them to do the work, it was completed with half-hearted effort. I am in talks with another contractor to fix the work that was not up to par. The door they installed does not shut properly, they damaged the wood and frame, and left the door looking sad.

Companies should hire people with more experience due to they do a good job in my property but more than that they paint my fence, furniture in the patio doors etc and the worse thing happen is they also reach my neighbor cars and was imposible to removed. They have to come 2 more day trying to remove paint from everywhere in my property but the worse for me was dealing with my neighbors damages

First, they were wonderful about accommodating my scheduling needs. The painter that came to my condo was on time, professional, did wonderful quality work, and cleaned the space after the job was finished. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent work. Responsible, on time, very accommodating. Respectful and very attentive to suggestions. Very punctual in time and things were done as we were told. Very good price and materials. Very happy with this work. We will use them again any time.

The door was fixed. It is working fine. Very good service. Difficult door to fix - sliding pocket doors. Pending paint and caulking.
