Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
This project was to replace my gutters. I put my project on here on a weekend. I was contacted the next day. A great guy named Keith came out on a weekend to give me a quote... zero pressure. I didn't feel like it was now or never like some companies. The people who came to do the installation were very professional and I have to say, they were very skilled. After the gutters were installed, one of the guys who did the work walked around the house with me to explain what they did and why. When they left, there was not one piece of debris left from the old gutters and downspouts. They hauled it all away. I would definitely recommend this company if you need new gutters and downspouts.

Workmen arrived and began the job unannounced. Workmen did not speak English. Misunderstood the job and did work incorrectly. It was not until I discovered them working on the property that I was able to interceed. After I raised hell with the office, they sent a qualified workman to the site. I had to supervise the entire job to be sure it was done correctly. Nonetheless, I was overcharged !!! I would never hire these people again !!!

"Robert, we went above and beyond to get your job done quickly and efficiently. Yes some of our guys are Spanish and they are more than qualified to complete the job. You never once called the office as I am the Office Manager and I`ve never spoke with you not once. So I`m not too sure on who you contacted to raise hell? You were not over charged for this job we charged you $800.00 to complete this job which is material + labor. I`m sorry that you are now unhappy with our workers because they did not speak English!!!"

Worst experience I've ever had. It was a small dollar job $450. No one at the company came out. I had to keep calling the Salesperson. Every time he would get the appointment was scheduled the worker called out sick. Eventually, the salesperson came out and only half completed the repair. I even had to offer to paint the parts that needed to be replaced when it was part of the quote. DO NOT USE THEM. I'm now having to have another Professional company to come out to finish the work. Very bad experience for me.

"You called me and Thanked me in how my Salesman completed the job for you and it looked great. You also paid us for the job and never once had mentioned an issue with the work that was completed. The other day you called spoke with the owner about an issue you had and he immediately tried to fix the problem that just then came to his attention, this is a month after the work was completed and paid for. We had Doug call you right after to set up a time to fix the issue you just told us about. he would have been there in the morning to fix anything that may have been wrong. You called me at 7am and apologized for your attitude yesterday then proceeded to tell me if Doug went to your house or set foot on your property you were going to call the police and your also calling the labor board. You did not give us a chance to fix any issue you may have had. Sorry that you feel this way. Wish you would have told me the first day or whenever you noticed the issue I could have already had this taken care of for you. My handyman, Dean, hired 24/7 insulation to insulate my home after my pipes burst and I have over $280k of damage. Brandon and crew blew insulation into my walls on first and 2nd floor. I paid them $7000 per Dean. They were to come back and insulate the cellar, but had mold issues and was told not to insulate the basement ceiling after $10k in mold remediation. 24/7 did not cover my beams and I now have insulation stuck to my beams that will not come off. 24/7 also blocked my exhaust pipe and filled it with insulation and I have no exhaust now in my 2 bathrooms and told not to use the fans now due to mold issues because now where for the steam to go. I have called repeatedly over the last 6 months asking for an invoice and refund check for the difference between the $7000 I paid and the actual work done. Brandon Vezina will not return my calls or answer my calls. I would not recommend them. My insurance company needs the invoice (never received one) so they can remit payment to me.

Customer service was below standard. On scheduled installation day 24/7 called and cancelled. Follow-up calls were not returned. Company showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning to do the job. Not a great experience.

Prompt response from a friendly representative. Rep visited my home promptly, and quote came quickly and was reasonable. Work was performed a few days later, and was very good. Nothing bad to say. Very satisfied. Would use them again.

I hired Brandon to repair the gutters, they came out with a shoddy crew, they decided that they only needed to caulk the gutters, did not do the proper painting after the work was done I called Brandon to come out and address the issues and they did, now I have the same problem, I called Russell recently and told him about it and he told me he would sent someone out and never did
