I liked the customer communication received by phone and email. All my questions were answered with a cordial attitude. Hot water heater was installed quickly. The plumber came back a second time to attend to a scold guard removal from my shower faucet so that I was getting optimum hot water. He came back at no extra charge.

The professionals at 24/7 were neat, clean, responsive and very cost efficient. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone. My hot water tank was installed ahead of schedule and at the agreed upon price. No hidden add-ons or surprises. Truly a professional company!

I went through home advisor for plumbing and there is a reason that 24/7 Plumbing is the first one to pop up. They are professional, timely, courteous, attentive to the customer... basically everything you would want. Mike, the master plumber, went to change out a water heater at my condo. He looked at it and told me he could just replace the elements and get a few more years out of the water heater itself. Another company told me it would be around $1000 to replace. He had given me a much lower price of around $600. After he was done, I was only out $249. I would recommend 24/7 Plumbing any day of the week. One time Mike even came out on a Sunday evening to fix my mother in law's backed up sewage. They are the BEST!

If it was in the garage we don't normally do. However, we always clean our mess. How was your overall experience with Mike, with the exception of the cardboard issue."

I had a leak in the main line between the water meter and the house. Sugar ants were everywhere. Mike Ballester, master plumber, found and repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. 24-7 Plumbing response to my call was rapid and courteous. Mike came the same day I called. I would definitely use them again.

I got 4 quotes from different plumbers. One (not low price) came up with an idea. I took that idea back to 24/7 and they agreed, even raising considerations I had not considered then 24/7 reduced their already winning price. Their service was most excellent IF I need plumbing repairs I will be back Really good result from an oak tree strangling the water main coming into my home

They finished the job very quickly. Got the inspections done. They even were able to replace about 12 feet of concrete walkway that had to be cut out to reach the septic tank. While there was a extra charge, which would be expected, they saved me the trouble of having to find another contractor for the job. They also recommended an excellent landscaper to re-sod where the line was installed.
