Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
The good thing about this company: They responded promptly to my request for service and sent someone to my home within hours. The bad: I hesitated to give this company a lower rating because I think it is only fair to see if our plumbing problem is truly resolved. We were charged $225 to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Then the next day experienced another clogged drain in the laundry room. Again, someone (a different man) was sent out quickly. He was on the phone for much of the service call, told us he used a camera and found a collapsed drain under the garage, and said his iPad died so he could not show us a confirming video. He wanted to come back the next day with another plumber to verify but was pretty sure they would have to cut concrete and dig under the garage to fix the problem, for about $3500.00. We got a second opinion from another plumber recommended by a friend. He lives close to our neighborhood, knows the sewer/water pipe configurations in our area, and said the problem would not have occurred in that location and that the estimated cost was inflated. So I cancelled the 24/7 return visit and will see how things play out. I am a senior citizen and admittedly feel many companies like this take advantage of people like me, and I just did not feel comfortable with or confident of the people 24/7 Plumbing sent to my home.

Gas Piping
The technician was excellent. He explained what happened, showed me how to fix it myself if it happened again, and went above and beyond with his service. I was extremely happy. This was 9:00PM at night.

I paid over 700 dollars to get a leaking sink fixed and after all said and done I got a brand-new reverse osmosis watering system and cannot get hot water, and they refused to fix it the worst service ever.

It sounds like you got our top of the line R.O system and you should not have hot water running thru a R.O system a R.O system is for drinking and not used for hot water coming out of it sounds like you have a another problem. If you are not getting hot water from the hot side of your faucets."

like all plumbers, way to expensive, I needed a new flapper valve and P-V-C pipe it attaches to, 20.00 in parts but with labor, less than one hour, total price 308.00
