Septic System Installation and Replacement
Sing a contract on January 31 2021 and they showed up for installation on March 8 2021. Without courtesy call. Luckily my wife was off from work to open the backyard. The Foreman refused to cut a concrete slab (was written down in the contract) in order to access to second tank that had to be demolish. Had no complete use of the sewer drain on one side of the house for 2 days. Finally cut the concrete after a week of refusal. After couple weeks and some rain sinkholes was formed around the tank. Call to inform about and they said will come out after 45 day and never showed up. And the service includes service for 2 yrs and the service contractor call that 24/7 had not pay and the service contract was canceled.

We contacted HomeAdvisor for a septic services co and got the name of 24/7 Septic Services on March 30th then on April 15th Mr. Mccann came out looked at my property and provided a written estimate and at that time I gave him a deposit 4250.00 with a balance being paid upon completion of job and to day no work has ever been started and nothing has been done. Within the last few days I have been trying to contact him to get an update, no response. He said it would be about 30days that work would start per city permits and engineering plans etc.. which I was not alarmed and we did have torrential rain and reasonably considered additional delays since I have not had any success contacting this business I am left to contact HomeAdvisor for more help contacting Mr. Mccann. I would like work to start or my deposit back and would like at the very least to know if this business is even active.

I wish we could say that we had a great experience with this company. Jim, the owner, seems like a nice person, but my disabled parents paid him half, $6000 for the job of installing an aerobic septic system on Jan. 19, and it has been over three months and there is still human waste collecting in the front yard because of the failed septic system. My dad can not walk and he struggles to get into the bathroom in the hall, since he can not use the one in his room, and the hall toilet has waste seeping up from beneath it. On March 5th, Jim sent a text and promised it would be installed soon. Every week John or Jim promise they will be here the next week. On Sunday April 18, Jim called and said they would be here on Monday or Tuesday to dig the hole and the installation would be complete by Wednesday, which is today. No one has showed up. He will not answer or call back or text. No communication at all since Sunday. We are not asking to get our money back, I am sure we will not get it even if that were the case. We just want the job done that he promised would take 3 weeks from the time we gave him the initial payment. The permits supposedly took a long time to get, then the crazy polar vortex happened. We waited patiently but it is now over 3 months. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please come do the job or please return our money so that we can find someone who will. If they ever come to do what they were paid to do, this review will be updated. Until then, I do not recommend this company for any major job.

Driver showed up promptly and was very courteous. He was very understanding by answering all my questions and explaining things in detail about the job he was performing. He checked my sprinkler heads and made sure everything was up to standard and working properly. There are alot of companies out there that will try and sell you an additional service that you really do not need and this company did not do that. Therefore they get 10 stars from me because not everyone has the extra dollar to spend and it is always nice to find a company that is honest. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services.

Called on Saturday, Jim called me back within five minutes from his deer blind,you gotta love that, came out on Sunday and completed job at hand, you gotta love that. Top notch service.

"We love all our reviews, even when maybe they are less than favorable, I believe it shows potential new customers we are a real company. If you're in the service industry, it's just a fact you can't please everyone all the time, but we try, the only thing I'm disappointed in is we didn't get 5 stars?? on the valve side of this one,,, so I'll ask you all, I came out on a Sunday, and pumped 1000 gallons, we charged $350. I'll say one more."

They came and pumped my septic tank and were supposed to come and check my pump and replace it. Never returned also charge an extremely high pumping charge for one tank.

"Jon B. signed a contract and completed documents on March 1st. Our company is no different from any other company when it comes to handing off paperwork to an engineer for a soil test and design. We are at the mercy of the workload of others as well. Once our engineer does the design we file for permitting. Upon receiving a notice to construct we try to have a crew on location within 7-10 days weather permitting, substantial rain creates a log jam in production. We have a full-time office staff that all customers can reach out to for updates pertaining to progress. We are trying very hard to provide great service and realize how frustrating it can be."

I highly recommend 24/7 Septic services. They definitely saved me on a day that I thought couldn't get any worse. Jim and his team not only fixed my drainage problem, but while draining the septic system his technician realized our pump was broken. The technician stopped what he was doing to notify us of the problem. He then contacted his front office so another technician could come out and replace it. Talk about saving the day. We had a party planned that evening and was worried we would have to cancel last minute. Everyone is really nice and professional. The tech even explained things to me about the system which was great because I just moved into this house and never dealt with a septic system Thanks again to 24/7 Septic Services.

Worst company to work with. We hired them in September/October and paid half down. We did not have a set time we needed the work done yet, but end of November we had to start chasing them to even come start the job. We chased after them until January and they finally came and started the job. Then we had to chase them to finish up for a couple weeks. They promised then they would come back out and grade their work and fill in any holes because it was too wet to do it then. Now it is end of March and they do not even reply to our messages. We have leaks in 2 areas, the system is not even connected and the yard is all dug up with deep holes everywhere because they never finished. Now we have to hire other companies to fix and finish the mess they created! Do not hire these people!

"We try our best to get it right the first , no matter what the service, install, pumping , repairs, but occasionally we miss the mark, our company grew last year and we added new guys & equipment to keep up with demand and we made a very simple mistake of tying in a new water line to a new barn, but on the back side of pressure,,, there was never enough water pressure,, as of today 3/25 Thursday, we have identified the mistake and are taking action to make it right, line I said we aren?t perfect,, and occasionally we miss something,, my apologies to the Campbell?s, hopefully after all is done and they?re satisfied, they will follow up with an"

I originally gave a negative review because I was quoted one price (maximum of $325) and charged a significantly higher price, ($500). After posting the review, I received a call from the owner and discussed it. He compromised the cost and asked me to text message him my address. In turn, I would alter this review. I have fulfilled my end of the deal. This was on March 2nd. I have texted him since and received no response. I have yet to receive the $100.

He did not finish the work Left a mess never came back to cover the hole after the rain . Found out he was in tarrant county jail under a different name. Did not pay the service contract required by the county.

It has been a nightmare experience working with 24/7 Septic Services. I had a new septic tank installed and my County requires an inspection once the project has been completed. I have been trying to get in touch with 24/7 Septic Services for the inspection step for the last 2 months and been unsuccessful. I am trying to sell my home and lost a potential buyer because I did not have the inspection report in time.
