Reviews
Write a ReviewLowest cost. Great work. Definitely now our go-to!!
James is great...he called me today and came right over and unclogged my septic....and even gave me a break on the price...I should have been more patient in the first place. Will definitely recommend 24/7.
Good guys
everything was fine. he said he would recommend this pro to another homeowner.
Brian was an absolute sweetheart. My septic tank was a mess and Brian was patient and methodically cleaned that mess up not complaining one time. Definitely a great company to do things right as Brian certainly gave me great service. Thank you again Brian! Judy Krohne
I spoke to James on Monday asking for a quote to pump out the septic tank. He told me the price was $425. I agreed and he told me he'd call me or text me as to when he would arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday morning, Brian showed up and i had a dentist appointment so I directed him to the site and he told me he'd get it done and cleaned out. I told him that my wife would pay him as soon as he was done and I left. When I got back, she told me it took about 30 minutes and the cost was $500 instead of the $425. Brian's reason for the extra $75 dollars was because he needed to clean out the grease from the inlet pipe. He never asked my wife if it was okay, he just did it and charged the extra money. He then left her a list of items that needed to be done. Alarm box and tank float: cost $419.00. Triple active Bio treatment: cost $150.00 for an extra $569.00. I'm glad he didn't do the other two items like he did the grease cleaning. That would have been a total of $169.00! I don't know how good a job he did and only time will tell. I would have given them a better rating if they had consulted with my wife or me before doing the extra work. I'm always leery of companies that quote a price and then they stick you with all this other extra stuff. I would just warn you that if you use them, make sure you get a complete list of what they will do for the original quote. Good Luck.
Aaron & Brian came to pump out my septic tank. They couldn't find the lid but never gave up till they found it. They got the tank pumped out, cleaned, new lid and chemicals to use to keep the inside clean. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend this company for any repairs that they can do to help you out. Thank you again Aaron and Brian!! Y'all Rocked!!
