Ok until payment was made.... He quoted me one amount and raised the price when I started to pay him. I added the small rug which I knew was extra and added it to the amount that he quoted. He wanted more money even though he quoted something else ....... I paid him what he wanted but I would never hire again ... He has no integrity and it’s all about principal not the money ....... I was Not happy when he left... he didn’t even say thank you when I handed him the check... took it ....and walked out the door..... with not a word ... A man with no integrity I would not hire again.... Obviously he doesn’t use the special offer on his site!!!! His carpet cleaning was nothing special.... I couldn’t get anywhere else !!!!!

"I quoted a price over the phone based on the details that [Member Name Removed]gave me . Because of what the customer described over the phone regarding the condition of the carpet I also informed her that the price may change once I looked at the carpet . When I arrived We immediately walked the rooms that she wanted cleaned and I noticed that she added a large area rug that was not part of the original quote . I also informed her how bad the condition of the carpet was and suggested that she speak to the landlord about having the carpet replaced. I informed her that it would be an extra charge for the area rug . The customer was very pleased with the work but tried to negotiate the price when the job was completed . I quoted $115.00 over the phone and charged the customer $145.00 total . I charged the customer $20.00 in addition to the original quote for the cleaning of the added area rug which then came to a price of $135.00 . I also raised the price an additional $10.00 as one room was much bigger than the customer characterized over the phone . The customer tried to negotiate a price of $125.00 cash as opposed to taking a check for the full amount owed . She also told me that she had many potential customers for me if I worked with her on the price . When I refused and told her the final price of $145.00 she became upset . She did not want to accept that I had to raise the price $20 for the extra carpet that she added after I arrived and the added $10 for the larger room . I had a very friendly conversation with the customer throughout the entire time that I was at the job and she was very satisfied with the very difficult job that I completed . She even asked for my business cards so that she could pass them out to friends . It all changed once I had to raise the quoted price an extra $35.00 . The review would have been five stars had I not charged her for the added work . Finally , yes I did say thank you as I am always gracious to my customers . My past work and reviews speak for themselves ."

Mike is INCREDIBLE!! Very responsive and flexible given my tight move-in schedule. He did a truly thorough job on all of the carpets and worked to remove long-set stains. I will definitely have him back each year to keep the carpets looking gorgeous.
