24/7 Locksminator

Apparently confusion between office and technician. He showed up and started spewing all sorts of additional charges. Angry, when told â noâ , he emptied lock nuts and bolts from waist high on my tile floor. Finished job in 15 minutes and did not clean up. Left unused acres and bolts on floor. Not a good experience.

Extremely responsive. From asking them to contact me on home advisor, I received a call, arranged appointment and they completed the job within about 4 hours. Around $220 to rekey two locks.

They came to fix my lock within 30 minutes and took care of the problem. The technician did a good job!

The locksmith was a jerk. His best comment: if you want it to look good, you need to buy a new door. It s only $59 at Home Depot

We hired 24/7 Locksminator because they were able to come the next day after we moved into our house. We hired them to re-key the front and back doors and garage door. We were quoted $445 to which we refused. Then we were quoted $300 to which we agreed. After he changed the door locks, we were told that the $300 was only for the doors and that the garage would be extra. Dishonest of them to not make it clear that the new quoted price was only for partial service. So now we still need our garage door rekeyed, but we have blown our entire budget on this guy. I would not hire again, would not recommend it to friends.

Sacha was the locksmith sent to the appointment and was late. I was told Iâ  d be charged $115 and an additional $10 to reset the code for my office code. I ended up paying $244, $50 for the resetting the code, $44 for simply coming out and $30 6 keys. Also he ended up using my brotherâ  s drill which he didnâ  t even ask for and became upset when my brother said something. I was charged $5 for making extra keys and Sacha left a mess on my counter while using his machine. Fast service and got the job done, but very poor and rude customer service. Word of advice, get a price on text, cause they donâ  t tell you about the service call charge or additional charges. They take advantage that you donâ  t know and charge way too much.

Not sure what I just paid $330 for? $140 for a new lock that you cannot leave unlocked that was sold to me because of a claim that a key was stuck in the old lock. So that means I paid $190 to have another lock rekeyed. Feel like I got played and sold cheap China made lock. They could not fix the sticky latch I asked to be fixed, their remedy. WD40. Oh, be prepared to pay by Venmo, PayPal, zeille, etc. Not pleased.

Although technician arrives 15 minutes late, overall I got a satisfactory service. I would hire this company again.

Came exactly on time for the appointment. Called went he left the shop, called 20 minutes before arrival.

Really needed to hire a locksmith that could help me with my sliding glass door, Michael was Fantastic & the gentleman that came was very kind & respectful! Michael helped me right away & the job was GREAT!!
