I would suggest everyone seeing this to avoid using this company. I would be surprised they could be in business for a long run. Had a new washer delivered but the Lowes guy did not hook up the hoses as there was a little damage on the drain pan. Got the call from this company while searching in Angie's list for a plumber would do this small job on the same day. They charge $35 for coming out which looks very attractive and I was told the plumber will charge based on the size of the project, did not think this would be any size of BIG job. Read some bad reviews but they were the only one can come out on the day. The plumber arrived in the afternoon, he pulled out a thick book and claimed that the replacement of the tray would be $175, and the connection of the new washer to the existing faucets would be $475. Are you kidding me? The only thing I would need a plumber is to make sure the waterline will be tightly connected since the washer is located on the upper level. There is not much work here, only need a little strength to put the washer in place which is about 1 feet away, and to hook up the hoses, I have all necessary parts on the site. This is a totally insane. Please stay away from them when you read this.

The pipe connected to the shower head in the master bath corroded which created a leak, and then broke off. As a result, we contacted 24/7 plumbing to see what would be needed to fix the issue. Their plumber (Xie) came out to the house and stated that the pipe looked like it was galvanized, and if so could not be fixed. He then stated in order to find our for sure he needed to go through the wall directly behind the shower and also go through the wall on the side of the shower to make sure he could see the pipe. We then asked him who would be able to repair the wall and he stated that their plumbers are advised "to destroy what is necessary to fix the problem" and that they would not fix the walls after going through the dry wall. We then asked Xie, but what if it's galvanized as you stated before? He sated that they would not be able to fix it again. We decided not to let him knock down 2 walls to access the pipe knowing that if it was galvanized he could not fix it. We would then be left with damaged walls to fix and still no use of the shower. We got a second opinion from Putnam Plumbing and they came out the next day. Their plumber reached into the wall where the pipe was corroded with long pliers, took out the old thread that broke off and then reconnected the pipe which is galvanized to the shower head fixing the shower. He then advised us about the acidity of the water which would have caused the corrosion and options for how to take care of it in the future. The whole visit took 15 minutes. Lesson learned. Never using 24/7 ever again.

The technician was not qualified to perform the work he was hired to perform and the work he did perform was not completed per code. I've confirmed this with two independent plumbers (one was a master plumber working for the city code enforcement department). Additionally, the technically caused damage to the seal for my new sink which caused a leak he saw. He denied that anything was wrong with his work. The worse part of this is that this company was recommended to me by Angie's List. This company will not stand by their workmanship and has given me nothing but a runaround. I am now forced to hire a new plumber at a substantial cost to me.

The initial appointment set up with Ralph went well. I rent out my condo and he took my tenant’s info so the technician could contact her directly when he was on the way. The next day I got a text near the end of the appointment window saying they needed to reach me. When I tried to call the number it was a text only number. When I tried to call the appointment office, I got the voicemail. I had a missed call from another number but no message, so I called that. It was the plumber who said he went to my condo and I wasn’t home so he left. No one told him that I have a tenant so he did not have her contact info and he had never called her. He was also at the condo across the street, not at my condo. When I got ahold of someone at the office, she did not have my tenant’s info either and it didn’t sound like she was in an office. There was a baby crying loudly in the back and she said she didn’t have her computer in front of her. She also said the plumber would just have to go some other time. It was already after the time window. I said this was not okay because the tenant was expecting the plumber and we had a set appointment that day. Once she had my tenant’s info, she did call the plumber back and he went back out. He did not look at the bathroom, but said he would need to cut a hole in the ceiling of the garage to see what was leaking. I paid $170 for just that. Turned out to be the toilet. He said it would be another $380 to fix the toilet, which would not include repairing the hole in the garage ceiling. I declined any further work and hired someone else. Despite being told they would email me a receipt for the $170, I have never received one.

Falal was very prompt (well within the assigned window), extremely professional (introducing himself and placing his feet protectors on BEFORE stepping into the house), actively listening, trustworthy, and very courteous when advising about the problem, the solution and the estimate. Very knowledgeable about the profession. We will DEFINITELY be using 24/7 Plumbing & Drain LLC via Angie's List.

Had a slow leak in an exterior faucet. The shut off valve inside was corroded and the knob broken. I rarely use the faucet so was I more concerned with being able to close the line from inside. They didn't try to upsell me and convince me that I needed the faucet replaced since the new valve inside would serve as an all-around fix. Sang did the work very fast and it looks and works great. The price was incredibly reasonable and I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I came home to a puddle of water surrounding my refrigerator in the late afternoon.  After determining that the valve was corroded and could no longer be turned off I found and ad in my church bulletin for 24/7 Plumbing & Drain and gave them a call.  The receptionist was polite and reassuring that he could have someone out by 6:00 pm.  Lal, the technician called me at 6:00 and said he was on his way and would arrive at 6:22, which he did.   Lal didn't have the part needed on hand but was able to secure one within about 45 min.  The job was done and completed by 8:30 pm.  Lal was polite, professional and a good worker.  What a great experience for this senior citizen in a jam.  I will post 24/7's info on our community bulletin board for the benefit of neighbors as we are always in need of a good plumbing company in our condos.

It was fine, it was okay. I wouldn't use them again, but it was fine. He did the job, I just didn't have a lot of confidence for some reason. I don't know if it was the language barrier or what. He fixed the kitchen sink, it's fine. It still cost probably $200 to change it out. I won't go back to them. I don't know if this guy was just new. It was fine, but I just wouldn't use them again. They got me in really quickly, which was nice. He was professional, he wasn't inappropriate or anything.

Not well. The initial cost estimate presented to me and reinforced by the plumber's supervisor was $987.00. After speaking with the owner of the company the estimate was reduced to $600 which included the $100 credit offered as part of the promotional offer but did not include the $39 service call fee that we pre-paid. The work itself was done reasonably well. The plumber effectively researched and fixed the source of the ceiling leak. Installations were done to our satisfaction except we now have to spend $45+ for a new dish soap dispenser because the plumber lost or threw away a connector that I can't find the missing part for. Total time it took to copmplete the installations/repairs: approx. 4.5 hours
Response from 24/7 Plumbing & Drain, LLC
"Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry about the dish soap dispenser and you not being happy with the price for 4.5 hours of work. Not well. Turns out the floor joist was too close to the wall not allowing for enough room to reach the faucet. The technician couldn't figure out what to do until my husband came home and asked him to disassemble the faucet, clean it and lubricate it so the handle would turn easier. It helped a bit, but now have a hole in our ceiling and an outside faucet that is very difficult to open or close.
Response from 24/7 Plumbing & Drain, LLC
"I'm sorry for the issues you had, as you know we never want to cut floor joist. But our tech should have been able to still find a solution... Again I am truly sorry we were not able to give you the outdoor faucet you wanted. 24/7 Plumbing and Drain"

Water was pouring out of the shut off valve so I had to turn off the water in my house. I was desperate. I purchased the offer from 24/7 that evening and called the company the next morning. I explained my problem. I was told that they could have someone out that night 8-10, or if there was an opening, 5-6 pm. I accepted, but i think Ms. Shannon understood my crisis. Soon the technician, Lal called and said he would at my house in half an hour. Lal was professional and quick. He explained what had to be done, the cost, and then went about fixing the problem. He was an excellent worker, respectful to my home and kind.

Purchased Angies Deal for $150.00. Needed new faucet and wanted one for back. Plumber from 24/7 arrived on time, very professional. looked at what I wanted but told me I could not have frost-free in back of house  as 6 inches in wall depth was needed and I did not have it. Went ahead and installed on front brick wall. He was here about an hour, left no mess and faucet is much better than 33 year old one. Would use again. <br>
