It was not a good experience. I feel like they got too many responses from the deal. They ended up hiring a lot of sub-contractors they had not worked with for long. The owner came out initially and he was really great and knowledgeable. The guy they sent out to do the work was terrible to work with. He would not listen to me, was rude and cut corners. They used red marker to mark the tiles and the red marker never went away from the tile. I feel like the original company would have done a much better job and it was a shame the project did not go as I had hoped. We paid for supplies and also to have them to a little extra work outside of what the deal offered. I thought the additional pricing was fair. We never really followed up on having the work fixed because we were done with the project at that point and I just had a baby.

It went extremely well overall.

I saw a coupon for installation of a Viper toilet.  After doing some research on this brand I decided to get 2 for my home.  They work great and the installer was so professional.  They appeared promptly when they were scheduled to and did a great job.  They disposed of the old toilets and cleaned up the work area when they were done.  We loved the toilets and firm so much that we bought 2 more toilets for another property.  After a couple of months, one of the toilets started to "run".  They came back out and explained to me how pieces of the Clorox tablets I was using in the tank was getting caught under the flapper.  They did not charge me for this service call.  I highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing and I would not hesitate to use the for any plumbing needs in the future. <br />

It was good.

They were okay. They were not spectacular and they were not wonderful. They were acceptable. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The price was reasonable and the quality was fine. They came out pretty shortly after the deal was purchased. The only thing they didn't do was put it where I wanted it, they put it in a place that was most convenient to them.

It was really good.  The installer was timely and courteous.  The brand new toilet works great.  I was pleased.  The price was good and we didn't shop around.  They were also professional.  When I called to set up the time they made it quick within the next couple of days.  The installer was probably here for about an hour and a half.

It turned out fine. He actually had to come back and he did come back.

Provider showed up on time but service from the big deal purchase was not what was expected because drawn plans were never received.  Did not follow up to pursue getting plans. <br />

The work done was far from adequate.  The toilet was installed incorrectly.  The shower vibrates when in use and last night I had water come through my kitchen ceiling due to loose pipes they had installed.

They were timely and used the time well.  All the work done is still great. I'm very happy with my experience.

It was kind of mixed so I ended up doing something more expensive. The bathroom ended up okay but definitely required like a lot of oversight on my part. They were having problems with their project manager who is fired midway through the job and they did a few things wrong like install the plumbing in the wrong spot and it was until I pointed it out that they had to repair the work and do it again. There was some other problems in terms of like they're not being super detail-oriented but it wasn't like a horrible experience. I paid more, I paid at least another $5000 on top of that. I wouldn't recommend them. Their price is pretty comparable to other quotes. It ultimately ended up okay but the two problems were, first they installed the plumbing for the tub like in the wrong location and they had to like redo it and move it to the right location only after I pointed it out. I also had all of the fixtures there for them but they drilled the holes for the drain and the sink in a wrong spot and it meant that they had to like put in an extender so I lost a bunch of room under the sink because of that. The sink is functional but it's like not aesthetically pleasing because they did it on the wrong spot and then they also used a subcontractor for the plumbing. They had their own people do the general work, the painting and stuff like that but they were working with someone else for the plumbing, I had them have the key and he left the lock box like set to the accommodations so that anyone could have taken my key out and got into my house. There's nothing bad ultimately happened, I just think it was like careless. The tile work on the floor is okay but not great because it's a little bit uneven. I felt like I had to really actively manage the project and have to check everyday to make sure things are being done correctly and I pointed out when they were problems. They brought in a new project manager like halfway through and he was a bit better.

It went very well.  It was one guy and he successfully installed the  water heater.  He went above and beyond.  Found that exhaust pipe was disconnected and he repaired it.

I was satisfied at first.  Several weeks later, I had to get another plumber to fix what they were supposed to fix.
