This team was amazing!!! Their customer service was their top quality, they explained the process and made sure all our questions were answered. They were so easy to work with and efficient! They made our problem seem like it was their top priority. I will recommend them to anyone I know.

These guys are THE BEST!! The plumber tried to direct me to another flood control company with poor reviews and I objected. I read the reviews on these guys and decided to go with them. I'm extremely picky on who I have work at my mom's home because so many companies take advantage of the elderly. No worry with these guys!They were truly awesome,not only to me but to my mom. They went way above and beyond my expectations!! They even helped my mom put something in the microwave and swept her floor when she spilled some chips. They were extremely professional, efficient and clean. The only problem is now I'm worried my mom will flood her basement again to get these guys to come back!! If you need a great company to clean up your disaster CALL THESE GUYS!!!!! One more note is that they thoroughly document all the work they do which will make life easier when dealing with an insurance company!!!THANKS SO MUCH MIKE AND CREW!!!

24 HR Flood Response (Mike) called us back immediately and came out to our house within an hour. They located the cause of the water problem and gave recommendations how to fix the problem for free. There was no pressure to commit to a service contract and they gave us multiple options. I would definitely recommend 24 HR Flood Response. Very professional / Very responsive. Thank you!

Each member of 24 HR's team was unbelievably polite, clean-cut and intensely focused on providing a positive customer experience! One example perfectly illustrates what I mean: at one point, one of their employees had a few minutes to kill while he was waiting for another employee to finish up a task in my flooded garage. Rather than sitting around, he actually grabbed my snow shovel and cleared off my driveway! I was completely floored! It goes without saying that having one's house flooded is a painful ordeal, but these guys made it as easy on my family as it possibly could me. My highest kudos to them!
