Able to complete the requested work timely at a fair price. Iâ  ve used Ed before for other work and will continue to consider him for other upcoming electric projects.

They came out ga ve us a quote and did the job right away. We wanted recessed lights and outlets changed. The work was done correctly.

Ed came to assess the non working outlets in my kitchen. He told me what can be done and a cost. He said he could do it right now. We agreed on the work, cost and he went to work. His work was completed efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I now have the essential outlets back and can rest easy without fear of fire. Thanks Ed. I will have him back for other projects.

Let me update this now as I see Ed is a liar on his reply. Seems like a theme on all his bad reviews.... Shall I post some video footage? Anyhow save yourself the trouble here's my honest original review: DO NOT HIRE! FIRE HAZARD! On first impression, Edwardo E. was polite and showed up for an estimate for two new bathroom fans at night. We decided to proceed and scheduled time. On the day of he did not show and claimed his wife had to go to the hospital. We rescheduled for the next day. He showed up four hours late with sons and girlfriend claiming he was in a car accident. A couple of hours in he said he had to get parts and left his sons behind for two hours. His sons seemed nice but they had to redo things over and over due to mistakes and lack of knowledge. They installed one of the fans backward where there was no space for the exhaust to vent and called it done. On the other fan, Edwardo did not follow code. He drilled a hole in the existing metal box and put the wires in without any romex connector to secure and prevent the sharp metal box edge from cutting into the wires. Oddly he also ran two separate 14/2 wires instead of a 14/3 to control the fan and light. They damaged the drywall ceiling and walls. Both fans were installed without the factory brackets and attic air could freely flow in. He wanted to come back to complete the exterior vent hood connection the next day because it was too dark and he did not come prepared with a ladder. He wanted to bill me extra for running two wires (two 14/2 instead of one 14/3) even though the quote was for a separate fan and light control. He was also supposed to install two new outlets but later said he would only do that if I pay extra for two new home run circuits. I chose not to let him back. I regret that I assumed he was a licensed electrician given the home advisor listing, but it turns out he has no license in Poughkeepsie. Home advisor should remove his listing.

He was late in coming, but was knowledgable and worded quickly and efficiently. Ed was able to come and do the project within the same day. The one thing is, he had no printed cards or information about himself. I paid cash and did not get a handwritten receipt.
