There was a part of a project I could not complete. I called them and they were at my door within 1 hour. He was very professional and completed the work for me. I would use them any time I need plumbing work and would reccomend to anyone.

Ray explained whay needed to be done and did more than expected at a fair price.

After some continued plumbing issues I was forced to change my rating. Ray ended up replacing a valve body that did not need to be replaced, along with a pressure regulator that didn't need to be changed out, and he did it with faulty parts (of cheap quality). After $900, hiring another plumber, and getting the issues fixed I can safely say I will not be using 24 Hour Rooter again. Total ripoff.

Ray is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional perfectionist. He worked hard and was very careful to do the job right the first time. He even cleaned up any mess he made and helped tell me about my other appliances that were about to die if I don't fix it soon whether it be through him or anyone else, it didn't matter to him. I highly recommend him to anyone for any job you need to have done.
