Locksmith Service
A voicemail was left by this company at my secondary (not primary) number, but didn't complain as I needed the service. When I returned the call, I asked the dispatcher for pricing information. I was told $19 and up per rekey. The technician said the knob locks were $19, the deadbolts were $35, and $39 for the service call. I asked about the final price and the technician said, "About $240". Well the final bill was $285", $39 per deadbolt, and included a $25 'labor' charge. I am accustom to a 'service' or 'labor' charge, but not both. Plus the technician arrived almost an hour later than promised.
