Dean and Dan were great - I had a very small space for them to work with and they got creative with great attitudes. The craftsmanship looks great and I am pleased knowing I am all set.

Stay away from them we experienced the worst scheme and I wish I had read some of the low ratings before I even had them come out. Alex came to look at our heater which I had called them about. All went well he did a good job and was super professional. I signed up for a 2x year service which came with a "free" drain line camera locate. Jason tried to upsell my husband with a drain cleaning service the moment he came through the house $3,000. Then he went on with a "quick" locate which was way too quickly and didn't show much of what we needed to see as he told us that the connection from the house to the city was in bad shape and needed to be fixed. Winter is coming you have to get this done. $8,500, but we can throw the waterline cleaning service in for free if you go for the $8,500. Who would just sign up for that with no second opinion? We had Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter come for a second opinion the same day 24 hr Rooter showed up. He took his time told us that everything looks extremely clean and that we need "NOTHING" done. He left the video he took on a thumb drive as proof. That service cost me $215. I could have saved that money if I was not scared to believe I had a major issue on my hand. Now I'm fighting them to get a full refund for the service contract of $179. Why would I ever have them come back to my house and trust "one" word they are saying. They are just here to upsell. Stay away from them.

They will not give you a quote until they get there so they can charge you whatever they want. The crew was very good!

Alex Halton and John Jordan are engaging in a carefully orchestrated scheme to mislead customers. Alex shows up first to clean out the sewer line, but he does not try very hard. His job is a well-choreographed performance to make you believe that he trying to clear the sewer line. But if he cleaned out the line, then there would not be water and waste obscuring the pipe to make it seem like the sewer line had collapsed. John strolls in with his camera to convince you that your pipe has collapsed and since you cannot run the water or flush your toilets, he thinks that he can pressure you into a job that you do not need. This is not a reputable business.

They approached us to repair our neighbors sewer line which runs through our yard. Then convinced us our line was bad. as well. The most dishonest . Left driveway practically destroyed. Supposed to be one hole in our back yard and restored to original condition. Ended up with 3 and a muddy mess, Driveway 4 holes. Terrible finish on them. Very rude people. Beware of them

Great customer service! It did take time to complete all of the work, however, and I needed to call or text to check on the progress. It was a matter of scheduling to get their crews out to get the work done. But they got it all done and I'm very satisfied! They're busy and that's a good sign. They'll work to make sure you're satisfied!

The technician was super friendly and took the time to answer every question we had. Before, during, and after he installed our new water heater.

Great customer service. I will most likely go back to them for future plumbing needs for that alone. They did a really good job.

Weren't very professional and the price only came down to fix the issue once we got a second opinion. Only received the scope with this company and got an additional done.

We have been going the rounds with them to get completed the items we were charged for, and then have refunded the sprinkler system we chose to do ourselves in order to get it done sooner and help the yard to not die.

The hot water heater was not up to code, and the drainage technician came out and he was very high pressured and very rude.

What a joke. After running rooter from toilet to street the technician said it will be another $89 to install a $4 wax ring on the toilet. Really Spoke to manager this guy is a real piece, he is not willing to accept constructive criticism, and liked to make the problem the consumers fault. There are many other rooter companies to choose from. Rod.

BUYER BEWARE! We had a backup on the culinary line (the one going from our kitchen sink). After they showed up 2 hrs late, I repeatedly asked the technicians to inspect the drain where the backup was occurring and even demonstrated how it was occurring. Instead, they insisted on sending a rooter through the main sewer line, saying thatâ s where the problem probably was. The first set of techs retrieved a small batch of root stems (the equivalent of half a cotton ball pulled apart). This did not solve the clog; nevertheless, they charged me $70 to rooter a working (unclogged) line. Because they couldnâ t convince me I needed more work based on such a paltry catch, they recommended a 2nd tech come by to camera scope the main sewer line. He found a similar small amount and tried to get me to sign a completely unnecessary work order to do $3000 of work and dig up my front yard (I refused). He even called back 2x more to try to convince me I needed the work done. I called a different company who looked at the line that was ACTUALLY clogged, fixed it (with a 10 yr guarantee!) and charged me a fraction of the cost. The techs at 24 Hr Rooter either donâ t know what theyâ re doing or they are terribly dishonest and actively trying to bilk customers. Either way, I strongly recommend NOT using.

Showed on time, did two homes for me. Did not follow up on the next steps so still waiting for call back to schedule camera.

Jason came out with only a moments notice, provided an estimate that was hundreds of dollars less than the 2 other bids I had received and was able to install our PRV the SAME DAY! He is BEYOND professional, did a FANTASTIC job explaining the importance of a PRV, the installation process, and he of course left the house in perfect condition. I am thrilled to have Jason and this great crew in my toolbox for any home or rental property needs. The technician answered all my questions before the instillation began. We agreed upon a price and stayed with it even when he had to upgrade in a few items. Work was completed on time. Nice job. Thanks

The work was fine and the people were great but the price I paid for the work was way out of line. To water jet clean my drain they wanted $$2300 dollars for an hours work. I paid it but won;t use them again. It was a busy Saturday in my salon and I think they took advantage of the situation. I have checked other plumbers and they said they would have done it for $600.

Energetic, cooperative and worked very hard. Replaced all water piping and stop valves within our house.

They are really good at drain cleaning. They have done a very good job.

They showed up on time and called before they arrived. They completed the job in less than 1 hour
