    I had Raynor Services here first...they charged me $29 to come in for an estimate to repair/replace my inground pool lighting. When they arrived we were advised that he could not get the cover off the switch to turn the light off an on...they then went on to try and upsell us on a $6000 upgrade to double the amps...we have been here 20 years and have not changed anything. When I contacted 24/7, there was no fee to get the estimate. When Mitch from 24/7 arrived he tested the switch (I took the cover off myself after Raynor left), found the problem, went out for parts, came back and replaced the light switch...problem solved...Thanks Mitch!!

    Responsive, professional, and detailed. However, the technician stated they would be providing a discount if I could move forward with the work the same day (before obtaining other quotes) as they had no other work for the day. The discount was roughly 5%, which was not disclosed until the work was completed. I was provided an estimate but no discount was factored in. It was communicated the discount would be applied at the end. While I am thankful for any discount, this did not even cover the taxes on the bill. Furthermore, I was able to find a licensed, insured electrician for 50% less to complete the remainder of my home electrical projects the same week.

    They just replaced a light bulb in my hallway because it was too high for me. they were here for about 15 minutes. He charged me $100.
